Basalt Gray 4" x 12" Marble Base Trim Tile is the perfect finishing piece for your bathroom or kitchen tile project. This finishing moulding features a honed finish in a neutral grey color. Use it to add depth to you tile project with a border or as an accent piece to finish edges and corners. Recommended for backsplashes, bathrooms, kitchens, showers, and accent walls. Combine with mosaics and field tiles to create impressive installations. For best installation results, use white polymer-modified thinset.
- 0.3333 square foot per piece, each piece sold individually. Piece weight equals 3.38 lbs.
- Grade 1, first quality basalt trim tile for wall use
- 4 in. width x 12 in. length x 19 mm thick base wall tile
- Unglazed smooth honed finish with a slight difference in texture/pattern
- P.E.I. Rating 0 - no foot Traffic / wall use only in residential and commercial applications
- Non-vitreous flooring has water absorption of more than 7% for indoor use
- C.O.F. greater than 0.50 is recommended for standard residential applications and is marginally skid resistant; indoor use
- Not frost resistant, indoor use only

This was perfect for my bathroom baseboard. We were also able to create a threshold using these ..they matched my 5/8 inch basalt tiles perfectly. There was a big color variation though- one box of tiles were lighter than the other ..but it worked out for us because of my bathroom color scheme ..
