handling, comfort, engine solid! After 3 hors itstopped. John deere dealer picked i TC up the next morning and delivered it the next day, after a safety feature came loose. Jd service topnotch. A great tractor for the money.have 6 hrs on it now Nd love it.

Does the job
Bought the E120 after owning a Deere for about 17 years. My old Deere still runs grandson has it now. My yard is hilly and the E120 handles the hills with ease. Plenty of power. My one complaint concerns the deck. It doesn't float like the deck on my old Deere resulting in a few scalped spots in my yard. Other than that (and that is pretty minor to me) I am very pleased with my purchase. I've seen some folks complaining about the white glove delivery service. My experience was flawless. Guy delivered on time, machine was clean and full of gas, battery was hot and driver knowlegeable. Bought at Home Depot in Fairfield, Alabama.

I’m glad I purchased the John Deere. I was going to go with a cheaper tractor, but I’m glad I spent the extra money. It is definitely worth it. Plus it comes with a 3 yr bumper to bumper warranty. I had a self propelled lawnmower and it was great, but this John Deere cut my mowing in half and I actually look forward to cutting the lawn. I can’t wait to buy some accessories! Great Product!!!

1yr in, no problems.
This is the first rider I purchased brand new, and I struggled a lot because I wanted something quality, but also something more compact, as anything bigger than a 42" gets in the way of some tricky landscaped corners around the places I use it. With the exception of the bagger being overpriced, and not as easy or clean to use as other baggers, the mower has met and exceeded my needs. I'm 6'2 with size 14's, and even with boots on it's comfortable and easy to use and handle, and the back-up feature works great.

Easy to use. I love the back up mower feature, the parking break feature allows me to get off with out machine shutting down. Cup holder and little storage compartment. I also purchased bagging/mulching kit, but have not yet hooked that up. I think that alone will be worth it when fall comes, but won't know until then. Also the joy of having your son ride along is pretty much priceless. I'm sure there is some kind of safety warning about this, but if you don't take advantage of letting your son steer for a bit while you mow I think you're missing out on a lot in life.
