Questions & Answers

Are These clamps warrantied?

Asked by: James
Don't know about the warranty but they should last you a lifetime. They are the most heavy duty clamps you can buy, bar none. Their machining of the acme threads is superb as is the mold over material of the handle. The only draw back is that they are heavy.

Why can't I get these clamps to my zip code

Asked by: Barbievegas
Hi Barbievegas, it looks like that this 36 in. Bar Clamp is a store exclusive item and only able to be bought in a Home Depot store. Unfortunately we do not sell it with online stock for purchase. If you are unable to see the store inventory or price it is most likely either not a stocked item in your area or no longer available for purchase from Homedepot.com. I would advise you visit or contact your local Home Depot store for pricing and availability. Please follow the steps below to localize your Homedepot.com: 1. Localize Homedepot.com using your zip code (My Store Location: Change) 2. Choose the store where you want to pick up the item (Make this my Store) We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future. Thank you for shopping Home Depot!

could you use these with a workbench

more specifically the husky portable workbench?
Asked by: marvinmartian
Yes, but that would depend on the depth of your workbench. As these clamps come in a number of widths/lengths, I would measure your workbench before purchasing any. These clamps are better used for clamping individual items together rather than clamping anything to a fixed surface. A good application for these would be furniture items or frameworks that are required to be squared-up.
