This wall lantern is made by Kenroy Home and comes with good illustrated instructions for both assembly and installation and also has the hardware to connect to the electrical box. It does not come with a light bulb however, but will take a bulb up to 100 watts. The wall lantern is stylish in a black finish and was light and easy to assemble and install by a DIYer. The lantern is rated for interior or exterior use and mine was installed (see photos) on an exterior brick wall with an existing electrical box next to a basement door under a deck. We are happy with the quality and appearance of this lantern type light and would recommend it.
