The Premium Recessed LED Gimbal Kit is the all-in-one solution for your lighting needs. The 40° spot pattern is ideal for task lighting or for sloped ceilings. Choose from 5 different white color options - from warm white to daylight - to fit application needs and personal preference. Choose the desired brightness from high, medium, or low settings, depending on mounting height and room type. High output is ideal for rooms with higher ceilings. Also dimmable with wall switch dimmers. The innovative can-less design does not need a separate traditional can/housing.

Jury is still out. Positives: ease of install, price, small. Negatives: not UL listed, no ground wire, springs are weak, gimbal difficult to adjust, colors are off (too much green in 2700 and 3000k), still needs a dimmer/brightness settings are poor, buzzes when dimmed, not "premium."

Awesome Lights and Customer Service!
These lights were just what I was looking for. The size was perfect for a narrow arch in which I wanted to install. The option for the different color is a major plus in my opinion. I prefer the 3500k and often it is difficult to find a LED in that color. This one gives you options for color AND brightness.
My application was a little abnormal however prior to purchasing I contacted Kodo lighting via email and asked for clarification on ceiling thickness. The representative was very prompt in providing an answer and even preformed testing to ensure I received the answer to my questions. In addition, I received a very detailed write up with photos specific to my application. This to me was well worth the purchase. I had a very detailed answer to my questions within 2 days (which included a specific test for my application). Very happy with the lights and the customer service I received!
