what does rough in dimension mean
Asked by gg October 14, 2019The rough dimension is the distance from the rear wall to the anchor bolts which hold the toilet to the floor. If I remember correctly, most bolts seem to be 12" from the wall. Another tip: If the existing bolts from the old toilet spin around (preventing tightening), simply drive a 3" deck screw into the floor right next to the spinning bolt(s). That will prevent the bolt from spinning.

Asked by PaulW August 20, 2018The application That I used this toilet for has the water feed comibg out of the wall above tbe base board to the side of the rear of the toilet. in your application it appears you would have to relocate the water feed to the side and rear of the toilet to allow the required floor space
Is there a way to reverse the flush handle to make it more standard (aka push down instead of pull forward)?

Does the plush handle come with it? And does plushing system come inside the tank?
Asked by JudyMae October 15, 2016Yes, the handle comes with the toilet. No assembly required......the toilet is ready to mount right out of the box. The only thing you need to purchase is a wax or a non wax ring (which is what I used) and it works perfect.
What finish is the handle on this?

The assembled height must be incorrect on your website. What is it actually?
Asked by Anne April 15, 2014The Kohler answer is incorrect...makes one wonder about Kohler's customer service. The correct overall height from floor to top of the tank is 25-5/16". The width of the top of the tank (across) is 17-7/8".
why is this toilet not ADA
Asked by Bob May 29, 2013Because some people (like me, and people who have small children) still want standard-height (lower) seats instead of the seats that are 2" higher. Most of the toilets available nowadays are ADA compliant (higher-height seat). It's good to know that standard-height models are still available.
Is the seat included with the toilet? Does a quiet close, quick release seat fit this toilet?
