A: I have had this hose over a year and have not had a problem with the hose kinking. The wife uses the hand held shower almost daily. It took a little time for the hose to straighten after install because it comes coiled up.Very happy with the hose. The outside diameter of the hose is about 5/8 of an inch. BT

This Jose did not meet my needs and I didn’t realize it until after I had rcvd it. I needed two female ends and it wasn’t the type I needed. So, I returned it and got the hose I needed.

I will not buy a smooth hose like this the next time I need to replace it

The smooth hose is very attractive . Unfortunately, it is not very functional because it is so stiff. I am stuck with one but will never buy another one.
