Can this faucet be used on a sink that does not have an overflow?

This faucet can be used in either an overflow or a non-overflow installation. The drain included does contain an overflow, and would not work in your application. Drain model number K-7114-CP, would be more appropriate for a non overflow installation. Thank you for choosing The Bold Look Of Kohler.
How do I measure faucet reach? I need a faucet with more reach.

I apologize you were unable to find the information you were looking for. Faucet reach is measured on Kohler faucets from the center of the spout to the center of the aerator. This dimension is listed for all Kohler faucets on the product specification sheets on the Kohler website if there are specific models you would like to compare to the Bancroft faucet.
