Bancroft 60 in. x 32 in. Soaking Bathtub with Left-Hand Drain in White

This tub is awesome, very deep. Overflow is very high up to hold more water, sides and ends are narrower to make the internal dimensions longer and wider by a few inches. Installed easily - tipped it up at one end to get into the alcove then lower it down. Easy with two people. Well-built flanges all around - fastened with 1.5" galvanized roofing nails compatible with putting in a tub surround. Perfect fit with a 30" tub surround (I chose a Delta surround and there were no issues with the fit.) Nice finish. Easy plumbing - the drain hole was in the same position but a 1/4" higher than the old tub. The overflow pipe is much taller obviously and in a different location (2" from faucet wall as opposed to 4.5" on my old tub. Had to redo the overflow piping. Must buy the recommended overflow designed for that model. I went with brushed nickel. Pivot on the overflow housing that attaches to the outside of the tub makes configuring the overflow pipes and mounting easy. Really big deal to make sure the walls are plumb and the corners square all the way up the walls (not just at the bottom), as the supports for the tub surround need to line up with the tub flanges. Added a second 2x4 in the center back for a grab bar. Can't wait for the calking to cure so I can drywall and get the floor tile back down.

This was a large tub. At 6ft 1in I'm no small man and this is a really nice size. The tub as a whole is tall to give you the depth. We had to notch out our old house to make it fit.

There was a whole on the side of the tub had to return it and waited for another tub. Took way to long to get the first tub now I had to wait for the second tub.

After taking the tub out of the box and inspecting it everything seemed good. Right before installation I had it up agents a wall to take some measurements and noticed I could see sunlight on the corner of the tub where their was no fiberglass backing.

I was a little hesitant to order this tub online because l hadn't seen it in the store and wasnt sure how it would look, but once it was installed it looked sooo much better than l thought it would. It was a little difficult to install, but otherwise we had no problems with it. Well worth the purchase. It's simple, yet elegant and has a nice shine to it. Perfect addition to our bathroom. Beautiful tub. Very sturdy, but nice and lightweight for my upstairs bathroom. It is a very deep tub, so be prepared to have to take a big step to get in. Wouldn't recommend for small children.

Tub fit perfectly in the existing space. Tub was lightweight but very durable. Apron looked very attractive after the installation. Homeowners were very satisfied with tub after installation and using it.
