Very nice looking.
Very nice looking and the quality seems to be there since it's a Kohler product. packaged well and only complaint was small spot on bottom of mirror that has the coating off of it. wouldn't be a problem if I could find the frame that is sold additionally or of it was on the top of the cabinet and not visible like it is on the bottom.

Great looking Medicine Cabinet
I surface mounted this medicine cabinet (can also be recessed in the wall) and installation was quite simple and the directions included were pretty good. The mirror appearance looks great. I was slightly skeptical about the mirror sides being held on with a double sided tape but it has been well over a month with drastic temperature changes and the side cover are still on there and as secure as the day they were installed. This is a very good quality medicine cabinet which is why I recommend this and will purchase more in the future for my next bathroom renovation project.

Beautiful and good quality for price but poor mounting.
Installed cabinet carefully following instructions both written and video. Cabinet fell off the wall after one month as I was opening one of the doors. I was lucky to catch the cabinet as it was falling and still a corner damaged the wall and one corner landed on a tube of toothpaste saving the countertop from damage. I also scratched the top of my hand. One side mirror broke. Overall lucky it wasn’t worse. Brackets do not appear sufficient. I remounted mirror carefully checking that is per video and do not feel secure that it will not fall again.

Difficult installation and no shelves
We bought this to replace the original medicine cabinet that was installed in the 1950s when the house was built. This new cabinet fit in the existing hole and we used a shim to get it just right. The cabinet did not come with shelves. But the instructions that came with the cabinet said specifically do not return to the store. So we decided not to return the cabinet, proceed with installation and contact customer service to get our shelves. The tough part came with screwing in the cabinet. The holes for screws are so close to the top and bottom of the cabinet that you can’t use a drill. We marked where the holes were on our studs and predrilled some pilot holes to make installation easier. We used a screwdriver to install the screws. The pilot holes didn’t help at all and the screws were stripped so quickly. After 45 minutes of full body force, we finally got the screws in place. The cabinet is secure and looks great but again, it didn’t come with shelves. So we contacted the manufacturer’s customer service like the installation guide said to do and they were no help at all. They told us that we had to buy replacement shelves for $30 a piece. But the cabinet was supposed to come with them. We thought we were following the instructions when it said not to return it to the store but we clearly messed up by installing it before contacting customer service. The screws were impossible to get in, there is no way they are coming out. Now we’re stuck with a cabinet that doesn’t have any shelves and the brand doesn’t care enough to actually provide what was stated in the package or on their installation guide. No help. Beautiful products, terrible placement of the screw holes, difficult to install, missing parts, misleading installation guide and bad customer service. Would not recommend.

Cabinet Feel Off The Wall and Mirror Shattered
I bought this cabinet for a condo remodel. The cabinet is nice looking...modern with clean lines. I like the mirrors on the inside door and back of cabinet.
However, the other day, I opened the door to remove the plastic covering on the mirrors, and the cabinet came off the wall. I tried catching it, but it slipped out of my hands and fell into the tub and shattered the door.
We had this installed by a carpenter, who said that the top clips don't work very well....that it is difficult to tighten them down because the cabinet gets in the way.
Luckily, it fell off the wall for me and not the realtor or a prospective buyer.
Before the fall, I would have rated it higher....

Wish there had been a youtube video for connecting the 3 cabinets. We put up two 60”. The first one was frustrating, the second set much easier. What we learned-definitely take off mirrored doors, put all 3 parts together first(the piece to put them together is hard to get screws through)

I am disappointed. About a year after I purchased it, it started to develop black spots on the bottom of the front door mirror. I did some research and found that some mirrors will do this in high moisture environments. I am careful to use only water to clean and dry any excess water. I have another full length mirror in the same bathroom that has not had any issues. I have a good bathroom fan in the bathroom as well. I need another bathroom medicine cabinet and I do not want to buy another one. I may go to a glass store to see what the options are there.

The number one cause of desilvering is by using cleaners that have ammonia or vinegar in them to clean your mirrors with. Other known causes are: salt air, humid air (when mirrors are in constant humidity or where there is poor ventilation) or sweat on the fingertips (you can notice desilvering at the bottom of the cabinet where you open the doors from having sweaty hands to open the cabinet with).
