Came used
The product box was not sealed when it was delivered and when opened it definitely looked used. Will be returning ASAP.

Astoundingly poor quality
I opened the box to find the pipes in a shockingly poor condition - scratched, rusted... Definitely not brand new. If these are what they look like brand new, I'm definitely glad not to be installing these.

causing leak. poor seal
Since having my bathroom remodel i have been having a leak. It took a minute to figure out what it was and i was shocked to discover this very expensive piece is at fault. The seal at the tub is poorly done. Only one screw in the middle. My contractor is trying something but who knows. Im so upset
