    A:  AManuel, my name is Jessica with Kohler Customer Service. I am happy to assist with your inquiry. I do apologize, K-7271-CP is not compatible with the Elmbrook tub as the overflow is oblong and not round. The recommended drain is K-7213. Thank you for choosing Kohler.

            The product box was not sealed when it was delivered and when opened it definitely looked used. Will be returning ASAP.

              Astoundingly poor quality
              I opened the box to find the pipes in a shockingly poor condition - scratched, rusted... Definitely not brand new. If these are what they look like brand new, I'm definitely glad not to be installing these.
