What kind of detergen I shoud fill? Do I need to mix it with water?
We use soft soap in ours for hand washing. We’ve also used dawn or similar dishwashing soap in it. Neither of theses soaps need to be mixed/diluted. In fact, I think doing so would cause more problems.

You do want to ensure there are no beads or particles in the soap, as well. If the soap does happen to be a little thicker, you can add water if needed to thin the consistency down.
