- New K-TS15601-4SG trim replaces the existing K-T15601-4SG trim, the new trim is identical and includes trim adapter kits for both rite-temp K-304/K-2971 Hi flow and the new K-8304 series valve
- Pressure-balancing diaphragm technology maintains outlet temperature within +/-3°F during water pressure fluctuations
- Provides temperature regulation and automatic anti-scald protection

AnswersA slip-fit spout has an internal assembly that slips over a copper pipe. This spout has an opening on the bottom side where a setscrew is tightened to hold the spout onto the copper pipe. NPT refers to a standard thread size in the plumbing industry. This spout threads onto a copper pipe. This spout also has an opening on the bottom side, but there is no set screw, the copper pipe would be visible inside the opening.

It did not fit my valve. I had to rush and go to another plumbing supply house to get what I needed.

NOT SATISFIED AT ALL! The listing clearly stated that the...
NOT SATISFIED AT ALL! The listing clearly stated that the package INCLUDED the valve. Not only was it NOT included, but it was not even listed on the box. Obviously, returned. Very much INCONVENIENCED, as my contractor was in my home to install it! THAT cost me extra money for his wasted time and mine, as we had to reschedule; and I had to go back to the store again! Needless to say, I also had no way to use my shower or tub. Luckily, my local Home Depot was very much embarassed, but went out of their way by checking every valve that they had in the store, and gave me the same price for a replacement. Unfortunately, NOT able to be a KOHLER because there was NO valve available that would fit THAT one, since KOHLER had CHANGED the type of valve for that model. LOVE my store and their people, but very upset with KOHLER! NO BLAME FOR THE STORE OR HOME DEPOT!

Works great and installation was easy, however, make sure you clean out the housing, my valve started to drip after a day due to leftover brass debris probably from when casting it that was stuck on the rubber seal.
