Q:I know a standard towel bar should hang around 48" above the ground, but i can't find the STANDARD height for this kind of overhead rack, anyone can help?

    Q:Feedback for Laura from Kohler: The spec is incorrect on this Home Depot page regarding the depth. Please get it corrected. It says depth is 3 inches; you say it's 9 inches and to refer to the spec above.

    Q:The instructions show a wall plate needed to hang the rack, but I do not see any wall plate included in the installation kit. Am I missing something? Where do we find the wall plates?

    A:  My handyman installed the rack and had no problem, therefore do not know the answer to your question. The rack is very sturdy after installation and used for holding bath towels.

          Coralais 24” Hotelier Towel Racks Set of 2
          Purchased a set and they are beautiful together, adding a pop to my newly renovated bathroom. Sadly one rack had a problem. The tiny screw that goes under one of the arms would not go in all the way. My contractor used all his might and no budge. Therefore that rack is not holding up sturdy as the other and is wobbly. I am not confident about the hold up over time. My reason for a four star review when it should be a five.
