Although this order had been set up as a "Will...
Although this order had been set up as a "Will Call" for later in the week, the contractor had some difficulty and wasted time (over 1 hour) in picking up. He was informed that the order had been cancelled and after much investigation, it was determined the associate had made an error, and the order WAS ready for pick-up. This isn't the first time there have been issues with orders delivered to the store or orders scheduled for pick-up at a later date.
With regard to the Kohler commode: product was well packed and no damage observed. Installation was seamless, and all components were included. Our contractor elected to replace the traditional wax ring, with a higher quality silicone (?) ring.
The 1.28 gal flush is quite adequate for our needs, and we love that we are saving a lot of water per flush over our old (4gpf) commodes. We opted for the elongated bowl over our previous round bowl. The slow-close seat wasn't really a factor in our decision, but we have come to appreciate this feature. A very stylish and attractive update for the bathroom!

Excellent Quality & Value!!
First, I purchased the 3 pack, which was an incredible value for theses highly recommended Highline Arc toilets. However, while installing the third toilet, I accidentally dropped the toilet from about 3 inches from the floor and its shattered. That being said, I called Home Depot to learned they had 23 in inventory. I headed to Home Depot and purchased a replacement. Installation was so simple, which will take about 1.5 hours each. I totally recommend the Highline Arc toilet from Kohler!!

Best quiet toilet
East install. Replaced a older flapper type. Hubby installed in a few minutes. Easy and no leaks. Flushes fast and strong. Best part is the price. I wanted my original seat back on. It was the comfort original Koehler soft closing. Way more comfortable than the one it came with. Besides that, I like the height.

Worst toilet ever
I will never buy another Kohler product. This toilet has been nothing but a problem since day one. Never buy a toilet that has a canister style flush system, unless you like going back to jiggle the handle.

There may be an issue with the settings in the tank; please review the following settings in your tank and correct if necessary. The trip lever should be taut; remove excess links of chain until there is very little play in the chain when the toilet is at rest. Check that the water level is at the water line mark on the canister. The refill hose must be inserted into the top of the canister flush valve and pushed in as far as it will go. There may be debris in the fill valve as well; this comes through the water line and lodges in the fill valve cap and seal, preventing it from closing completely. Terrible install instructions
The instructions on mounting the tank to the bowl are terrible. Had to watch a YouTube video to see that you need washers. It also says “don’t over tighten!” But there are these huge rubber gaskets that seemingly need to be compressed, but how much, we will never know because the instructions are so rudimentary. Also, there was a sizable chunk of porcelain sticking on the bottom of the bowl. This would have made the toilet sit crooked on the floor. Luckily I had an angle grinder to shave it off. I have installed the basic $100 toilets and they were way easier and still get your “stuff” flushed. Not sure why I paid so much to suffer through a terrible install!

Low Toilet Water Level Caused by "Kinked" Line
I had a problem reported by other people where the water level in the toilet was very low.
After a bit of searching I found the cause of the problem was the black rubber "water fill line" in the tank had a "kink" in it that was restricting the flow of water filling the tank. I was able to cut the line "shorter" to eliminate the kink and reconnect it and this solved the problem and the toilet now fills properly. This has been reported by other people, so is an issue to be aware of. See photo.

Not working as it should
The toilet looks pretty but the float valve is not working properly. The tank is not filling consistently on its own. I need to lift the lid and push down on the valve so it fills. My husband wanted to buy an American Standard toilet and I convinced him to buy this one, but now I am thinking I should have listened to him. Not happy with the product
