Pair this trim with a Rite-Temp pressure-balancing valve, which maintains your desired water temperature during pressure fluctuations.
- New K-TS99761-4 trim replaces the existing K-T99761-4 trim, the new trim is identical and includes trim adapter kits for both rite-temp K-304/K-2971 hi-flow and the new K-8304 series valve
- Pressure-balancing diaphragm technology maintains outlet temperature within +/-3°F during water pressure fluctuations
- Provides temperature regulation and automatic anti-scald protection

If your gp71969 valve cap has a pressure balancing unit behind it, then you could change out both the cap and pressure balancing unit for the GP76851 valve kit. Using this part will allow you to install the Honestly valve trim. Thank you for choosing KOHLER.

Nice Finish. note the Square part is plastic. The round handle is brass . Very easy to install.I Used it on high flow 2971 kohler valve.I would have paid more if Kohler made it all Brass like their round trim. It is 50% less with the plastic piece.Wife and I prefered the square trim.

There are a lot of expensive trim kits available and this is not one of them. After spending a bunch on the Koehler high volume valve and laminar flow tub filler I just wanted something inexpensive to finish the job and this one fit the bill.

Fast shipping and good quality shower trim kit. This replaced a functioning trim from the 80s as I wanted to just update the look after replacing the shower valve. Back is made of plastic so it won’t rust but overall it protrudes a bit more than I would have liked.
