A: Hi Brian, this is Sarah with Kohler Customer Service. I am glad to address your question. Yes, the diverter (1297594) replacement instructions can be seen, here: https://www.us.kohler.com/webassets/kpna/catalog/pdf/en/1299299_9.pdf. Thank you for choosing Kohler.
A: No, you need to shut it off at a valve.
A: No there is no way to do this. It's either on or off. You may be able to position the hand held shower head away from your body to do this and then te engage the upper fixed shower head.
A: I have a rain head and a Hydtorail Columnl -S (pictured), my arangement is that I has a valve that controls each(2 valves). The Hydrorail-S doesn't have a shut off on the Hydrorail-S itself, the valve on the Hydrorail-S controls the water that flows to the top head and the bottom head (the one with the hand held head).
A: No. The switch on the shower unit is a diverter valve that changes the flow from one shower head to the other.
A: Justin, my name is Jessica with Kohler Customer Service. I am happy to assist with your inquiry. K-76471-CP has a diverter at the end of the Hydrorail which will allow you to toggle between handshower and showerhead but will not turn off the water. Thank you for choosing Kohler.
