Yes you can. Our vanity was 18" but we placed the faucet at an angle off to the side of the sink which I personally thinks looks more interesting and is just as functional as the traditional method of placing it directly in back of the sink.

Good sink, but you are forced to purchase the Koehler...

Good sink, but you are forced to purchase the Koehler drain. I didn’t the first time and because of Koehler design, water stays in the sink. About 1/16 won’t drain out.

I ordered this sink because it was the only one of this style that would fit our exiting sink cut out. It took 3 orders to get one that I could install. One had a scuff on the rim that couldn't be cleaned. I called Kohler for recommendation on cleaning which didn't work. Kohler said to return it since it wasn't installed. The replacement since had a gritty finish and you could see the base cast iron through the finish. So I returned that one too. The first two shipments had the sink box packet in a larger outer box. The last sink box arrived in just the Kohler box. Once installed it has a stylish look but I am worried given the quality issues if the finish will last.

I bought the Kohler inscribe wading pool for my bathroom and it has a black spot. I'm thinking of returning it. My experience was not good buying on the line from you
Pros: Looks Great
Cons: Too Heavy
