Love this sink! The depth and straight sides lend a commercial feel to it. The flat rim sits great in my drop in application and the dual mount is a great feature for when we add solid surface counter tops and undermount the sink in the future. Had to cut the counter top opening corners square since our old sink was a rounded corner type but that was expected. Haven't used the colanders yet but love how the cutting board sits in the sink. No tinny sound or echo when water hits the bottom. The heavy gauge stainless with the sound deadeners work great.

Kohler Lyric Sink
The sink is not made with high quality stainless. It is very "tinny" and spots if the sink is not completely wiped down each time you run the water. Very unhappy with this purchase.

Disappointing
We bought this sink thinking Koehler was a great product, however, this missed the mark completely. Sink doesn’t drain well, scratches on everything and Koehler doesn’t even support it by creating a bottom rack. I may not ever buy Koehler again after this flop.

Hi JimB, this is Sarah with Kohler Co. I'm sorry to hear your sink is not draining well and that you are having trouble with scratches. If the water is collecting around the drain, we suggest selecting the Kohler K-8801 Duostrainer to be used. This drain has been tested and will work well with your sink. I would like to help by explaining the material and giving suggestions on blending the scratches. Most stainless steel products will scratch from everyday use. However, these scratches will blend over time to create a unique finish. To blend the scratches, we suggest applying a stainless steel cleaner/polish (Kohler Stainless Steel cleaner: https://bit.ly/3hYRbEJ) with a nonabrasive cloth or sponge, working with, not across, the grain. We do not recommend the use of steel wool, wire brushes or abrasive sponge pads. Use only non-scratch cleaning pads. We recommend cleaning stainless steel at least once a week.
