AnswerHello, my name is Sarah with Kohler Co. I'm glad to answer your question. This drain sits 8-7/16" from the center of drain to the back of the shower pan. It is 24" from either side to the center of the drain. Thank you for choosing KOHLER.

the mold of this must be off, the pan is slightly warped and there are no instructions included in packaging. Info can be downloaded from kohler's website with their recommendation to screw the flange to achieve level, compensating for the warp. The finish is very nice and feels heavy and stable once it is leveled out.
