Not a fan of the bowl flush management or position of the bowl water holes, its week and does not cycle clean well after flush. The bottom has small nooks that are hard to clean. It made to look good however not happy with this unit.

Hi vmach, this is Sarah with Kohler Co. I'm sorry to hear your Memoirs toilet bowl is not staying clean after use. I'd like to make a few suggestions to help improve the performance. We suggest checking the refill tube inside the tank. It should be connected at both ends, connecting the fill valve to the center of the canister valve. If either end is disconnected, it should be pushed back into place. We also suggest checking the clearance of the rim holes. To do this, add some bright colored food coloring to the water in the tank and swirl it around to distribute it. Flush the toilet and watch the rim holes during the flush. If water is not coming out of the holes, you can use a penny nail or end of a wire coat hanger to ream out the rim holes. This is a beautiful toilet though be aware that there is a big ridge around the bowl which I didn’t notice in the picture. It’s a BIG ridge and is apart of the design. These toilets are perfect hight but are for smaller butted people....
