    Hello Bin, my name is Tiffany with Kohler Co. I am happy to answer your question about the Moxie shower column. The distance between the 1/2″-14 NPT elbow and the finished wall surface must be between 1-3/8″ (35mm) and 2-7/8″ (73 mm). There are rough in kits available if the distance is between 2 7/8" and 4" or if the distance is less than 1 3/8''. Thank you for choosing KOHLER.

This Moxie kit installs without changes to your in-wall plumbing, subject to the condition of your existing valve system. For example, this kit would replace a single showerhead and showerarm while retaining the existing handle/valve combination to bring the water to the new unit.     MOXIE 4-SPRAY WALL BAR SHOWER KIT this set up is so nice The polish chrome fixtures and the off whit center radio has a classy modern Look . KOHLER builds the quality into the products look. They also stay on the edge of new innovative designs and products. The Bluetooth radio in the shower head is removable so you can charge with a USB charger. Duel shower heads allows you to feel the rain shower on your head or use hand held wand for other places.

    Moxie 4-Function Wall Bar Shower Kit in Polished Chrome Let me start by saying this is the coolest shower head I have ever used. First off the rain head sits up high, has a wide area, and gently drops water vertically down. Then there is the hose attached shower head which is also well engineered. The head rotates on the side brackets and switches setting when its rotated. There are four setting. Wide Spray, Soft Spray, Flat Spray, and Flat Smaller Spray. I really like the wide spray because it is a focus wall of water that gently scrapes across the skin to rinse throughly in one swipe. The soft spray is very gentle and gives a soft focus flush. It is similar to the wide spray only it is very gentle and could be used to rinse a babies hair with out getting soap in their eyes if you lean them back. I have a picture for each spray type. The speaker magnetically fits into the rain head. So you take it out and charge it when you aren't in the shower and then put it in the shower head when you want to use it. I have found that I can use it for many showers before I have to recharge. It pairs up nicely with a blue tooth connection. It is plenty loud. I took a late shower, had music on, and my daughter came upstairs and told me it was too loud for them to go to sleep. That is hard to find in a shower speaker. You do have to drill four holes in the wall to mount the system. I have a very thick tile wall so that took a little effort, but it was well worth it. I love this shower system and I even find myself dancing in the shower.

    This Kohler Moxi showerhead and hand spray mounted on their proprietary Hydrorail system is a easy to complete shower retrofit kit for those who wish to just freshen up their shower facilities w/o a complete teardown. The instructions are not only well detailed/illustrated with easy to understand install instructions but once completed will provide continued years of service from your showering facilities. Quality and finish are top notch and typical of Kohler bath fixtures. This was also my first showerhead with a embedded wireless bluetooth speaker capable of streaming both music and news when paired from a bluetooth audio system. Fully charged it will provide music/news broadcasts for a minimum of 7 hours. It is not only waterproof but a novel way of being entertained and informed prior to heading out for the day. What is also impressive is Kohler uses standard 1/2x14 npt threading so you can mix and match individual parts with other vendors

    I received the shower head kit in the mail. The box was solid. The shower head kit was well packaged. The directions were good, A little hard to follow sometimes. For my install, I had to drill the top holes before I was supposed to so I could make it easier to install. The instructions called for a Allen wrench, I didn't have the right size and it didn't come with one, so I had to use my channel lock wrench to install the shower adaptor. The toggle bolts that came with kit were flimsy and it was a good thing that I had access to the back of my shower as the wing of one of the toggle bolts fell down. I had to purchase silicone to put behind the escuttions to hold them in place or they would stay put. Other than that the install went well. It took me about one hour. The shower works great. The Bluetooth speaker for the music has great sound and is easy to pair to phone/ iPod/ iPad etc. The rain shower head delivers enough water. The handheld shower head has 4 different settings which you select by rotating the center around. All work great and feel wonderful.

    I love this shower from Kohler. It looks AMAZING in my new bathroom and the best part is the quality of the music is great. I couldn't be happier. Home Depot customer service was great as I couldn't get this at the store but was deliver as promised and got it before needed.

    Easy way to upgrade our existing shower. The tile anchors provided are worthless, but we bought proper anchors and everything works great. Love the handheld for washing down the shower and my husband likes the dual feature of showering with both the handheld and rainhead spraying together.
