Anyone who spends $10,000 on this toilet needs to re-assess his value system. Try giving some money to a homeless vet. It will bring you more pleasure than this contraption.

High repair cost
Trap is a poor design, toilet beeps instead of flushes. Your toilet needs to remove waste, Bluetooth doesn't add value.

If the toilet is blocked or the trapway valve is not opening (or has an obstruction), the toilet may not be flushing as it should. We suggest opening the trapway valve using the remove control; select [settings] >[cleaning] >[manual clean] >[open bowl valve] and using a plunger to remove any blockage. If the trapway valve is not opening, use the remote control to open and close the trapway several times by selecting; [settings] > [cleaning] >[manual clean] > [open bowl valve] > [close] repeatedly. JUST LOVE IT BUT IT STILL NEEDS ONE IMPROVEMENT
The shape catches your eye the moment you open the bathroom. The seat is the most comfortable toilet i have ever sat on. Had this for a month now and every time I sit on another toilet it feels painful if its not NUMI. So happy with this purchase. Its the best experience.
The bidet really cleans your butt hole. The only issue is that when you use the bidet twice in a row, the water bowl fills up and water touches my private parts. I don't have a big one so i had to hold and lift my junk so it doesn't touch the dirty water with poop. But Bidet is the greatest .. don't have to touch my butt and use toilet paper. Dryer really works. I spend longer in the toilet now listening to my favorite music while it cleans me.
Flushing is the best. It cleans the bowl really well. NO stains after two flushes. NO Clogged ever even with toilet paper or its hasn't happened to me. Sometimes I will still use toilet paper to dry up quick if I don't have time to use the dryer. Main complain is that my junk touches the water after using the bidet. Can the water level be adjusted.?
Highly recommended!!! Don't think twice , just order one.

This is an exceptional product. It is heavy, about 100 lbs, has heated seat, will heat your feet, auto-flush, lid & seat raise/close, plays welcoming music on approach from FM radio, SD card, Bluetooth device through its own small speakers or attached speakers - much nicer! It grows on you.

Before you buy this toilet I hope you will read this review. My wife and I decided to remodle her bathroom. We purchased the numi and like other reviewers were at first very pleased. After several months passed we began to have issues with the toilet failing to flush. In the past we were able to follow instructions to recycle the toilets program. Two weeks ago the flushing mechanism again malfunctioned calls to Kohler customer care were courteously answered but no solution was available. We then called two plummers suggested by kohler. Both told us working on these toilets is a major under taking.
When a recommended service representative did come to our home he could not solve our problem. Kohler technical support spoke with him for sometime and are now sending without cost replacent parts at no cost. Our plummer told us candidly he has no confidence that these parts will resolve the issue. So far my wife has had a non functioning toilet and I have a bill for $190.00 with more to come. I strongly advise that if you intend to purchase this toilet you talk to a plummer who works on them. When we remodled our home in Florida we installed the Toto Neorest toilets and over the last two years they have functioned without incident. Kohler is a fine company with in our case a bad product.

Seriously insane
We have this toilet in our home, it was installed in 2012 by the owners who remodeled. The remote stopped charging and it’s $1600 for a new one. Heated seat, auto close, auto flush rule, but there’s too much ready to break on this thing, so I’m getting rid of it. Go donate $4000 to a country in need of water and buy a regular toilet.
