Purist Single-Handle Pull-Out Sprayer Kitchen Faucet In Vibrant Stainless

If you look at attached photo you will see the ends of the tubes which connect to the hot and cold supplies. They have a fine mesh which I believe is designed to act as filters to protect the valve mechanism. The existing sink facet's filter needs to be cleaned out monthly because of the small stuff which comes through the lines from the outside. That units filter is at the discharge end so its easy to clean. These filters would are under the sink and would require shutting off the water, clearing out the area under the sink and then figuring out a way to force water back through the system. I am returning the unit uninstalled for this reason. Apart from this the unit is well made and comes with a lifetime warranty. apart from the finish which may or may not be covered (there is an exception for some finishes). Overall a great disappointment.

We remodeled our kitchen about 4 years ago and purchased this faucet for our main sink. After about 6 months the buttons stopped working but after a call to Kohler a new spray head was delivered and the button problem was solved. However, the laminar flow aerator caused water to frequently splash out of the sink and make mess! The spray feature works fine. What is needed is an aerator that allows an aerated water stream along with the spray. I will contact Kohler to see if such an aerator exists. It would be a big improvement.

I love this faucet, and, there are limited options in contemporary designs, with a 13"H to accommodate cabinets above --- but the spray button gets stuck, and you need to pull it out manually. Customer service has replaced this once already, but, same issue with replacement parts. Expect more from Kohler. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I used this in an office setting with about 20 employees using it as the primary for a kitchen sink. It's the main location for hand washing and of course any kitchen "stuff", like washing dishes. We require our employees to use dishes--at least we did before COVID but that's another story. It took abuse for about 8 years before the hose finally is now leaking and the rubber covering on the spray controller is just gone. We used the chrome version and it was pretty great looking, I'm not a big fan of the nickel look appliances but that's a taste thing. As far as use goes, this faucet was fantastic. And if I had used it in my home I'm sure it would have held up much longer with ZERO maintenance. I just purchased a new one from Home Depot. It might be worth noting that you can purchase all the parts on Kohler for this faucet appliance but after looking at about $120-180 for repairing parts of the faucet, I went ahead and purchased a new one from Home Depot because it was only a few more dollars and I just wanted to be sure in case another bit went bad in the future. Hoping for the exact same experience with the next faucet! Definite recommend, would use in home or office. I tried another faucet from Kohler that was more expensive and I really regret not just getting another one of this model.

Water pressure restricted. Unable to rinse dishes without Turing on spray.

It has low pressure.

Water splash back is significant on back of counter against the splash guard. Lot of wiping up after doing the dishes. The nozzle should be longer. Doesn't extend far enough into the sink.
