Q:How does one remove the aerator? We just installed this faucet, and love it mostly. The sweep spray is perfect and cool. But the normal output is really sloppy—a sort of undefined stream with lots of spattering off to the side. So how do I get in?

Good for 6 months
After 6 months the inner hose became untreated and leaked water under my sink for an entire day before I realized. I was able to pull thr spring and ensamble right off and I can see no possible way to put it back together. Just so I could use the faucet I had to slide off the outer spring casing so I could screw in the hose. The hose is so short I honestly don't know how it was assembled to begin with. I have a lot of kohler products in my house, but this is by far the worst.

Finish turns blue
After having this for 8 months, the bottom of the faucet is turning blue. We have soft, filtered water so I can’t blame the water. Something is wrong with the finish. Looks nice though

Beautiful faucet that works poorly
So happy with the look of the faucet and soap dispenser however the rinse is erratic and the spray function only works when you hold down the button. I’m disappointed that I chose this faucet and I’ve only had it installed for two days.

The spray head is manufactured for the button to be pushed and held in for the sweep spray to activate. There can be debris that gets into the spray head that can cause the irregular flow; we recommend soaking the spray face in a 50/50 white vinegar-water solution and then rub over the nozzles in a circular motion with a soft clean cloth. Easy install, BAD spout.
Installation was a breeze. If you have a stainless steel sink, you might need that piece of plywood to stabilize this faucet when installing it since it's so top-heavy. My complaint about this faucet is that when you run the water, the head sprays water out of the spout to the side too much and gets the surrounding top surfaces of your sink and countertop wet. This is an obvious design flaw or perhaps a manufacturing defect. The spray-head function works great, but I hardly use that. I just want the water to go DOWN into the sink, not down and sideways!

There may be debris that is caught in your sprayhead, causing this to occur. You can soak the sprayhead in a white vinegar and water solution (50/50 mixture). This can dislodge the debris. Faucet came apart in internal threads
The internal threading came apart leading to water dumping out under my sink. The black plastic threads holding the connector into the cartridge valve came out. Upon further inspection the threads were superglued in. Well just a drop of superglue. I'll be contacting kholer to see about warranty as it's only 8 months old. I will change my review when I hear back

So In Love With This Faucet
After searching, and searching for a gold kitchen faucet I came across this one and I couldn't be any happier. I just love how it looks on my kitchen. Totally recommend. My plumber installed it without the perece that goes across it as shown on pictures

Beautiful Facet!
I looked over and over for a faucet for a farmhouse style kitchen and this faucet was absolutely perfect. There are so many cheaply made faucets that I bought and took back because they felt plastic and flimsy. This one fit perfect in my white kitchen with the black accents that I have. It is sturdy and is the first place my eyes go to when I look at my new beautiful kitchen. You won't regret this fancy faucet for the good price!
