Purchased mine last fall. I just had my bathroom construction completed and attempted to take a bath in it last week. Glad I noticed the heard water leaking from the bottom drain and through my livingroom ceiling before it got too bad. I then went to clean the tub and noticed that the thin plasic coating is already peeling on the edges.

Has the Issue with the tub Cracking been resolved? I'm thinking about buying one today.

Just looked at a tub installed 1 yr 8mos ago, just this week it developed a 10" crack in the floor of the tub. It has to be replaced ASAP. Unfortunately the lower portion of the tile around the perimeter of the tub will have to be replaced also. Stay away from this unit, there is no reason for people to have to absorb the expense of a poorly designed product.

Don’t waste your money!
When I purchased my home, the bathroom was dreadful. After a total rehab, the bathroom was beautiful! Fast forward 3 to years, everything is perfect except for this bathtub. A giant 6 inch crack in the bottom, and the floor is so spongy it feels like we are going to fall through the floor!!!! Now I have to tear out the tile in the shower, and most likely replace the subfloor, to replace the tub.... please don’t waste a penny on this.

Terrible
We had our bathroom done 3 years ago and within 6 months it started getting cracks. I was just sitting down to look at new tubs and can see this is obviously a problem with this tub. Since we had someone else do the work I don’t have the purchase information and that guy was no help. Looks like I’m just buying a new tub. Please don’t waste your money.

Cracked Tub within a year and half
I had remodeled my bathroom about a year and half ago and recently I discovered that it had a crack in it while I was cleaning the tub. My old bath tub was good for 19 years and not one crack in it. I now have to get my bathroom remodeled again and as we all know it costs a lot of money!

Stay Away from this Product, one of the worst from Kohler
Just over a year into remodelling my bathroom, I now have to redo the bath tub and the damage it has caused to my basement. The tub is fragile and cracks easily. Saves yourself thousand of dollars in repairs and look for a better product.

Bad choice
This tub has only been installed less than a year and has multiple cracks in the surface of the tub. It’s to the point where it is now leaking down into my basement. This was a waste of money because now I have to buy another tub and pay for it to be reinstalled.
