Very Disappointing
This toilet seat was sold to us by a bath showroom with a "compatible" cleansing seat (c3-420). The cleansing seat does not fit this bowl despite what the compatibility chart says. When the lid is open it covers the flush buttons and does not stay open despite being in the fully forward set position. The cleansing seat instructions said to use the supply hose provided with this bowl but this bowl does not come with a supply hose. The side access panels are held on by double sided Velcro tape that does not stick to the bowl so they fall off. Low quality product at a high quality price-point.

Customer service gives different answers and many are incorrect
Purchased 6300 wall hung and called to make sure bidet seat C3-230 was compatible...told yes....ordered and installed but seat would not work. Called Kohler back as the Seat previously listed as compatible C3 201 (K4744) was discontinued and had been so in Jan 2020. I find it odd that as late as 9/2020 the customer service is still recommending it as replies to comments
So now Kohler tells me the C3-430 will work but has many less features....but wait there is a “new” bidet seat coming out soon that is compatible with the veil 6300......
Should have gone with geberit who have tanks compatible with multiple brands of toilets.....now we are hostages of Kohler as their in wall tanks are only compatible with their toilets

Poor design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I never bought it, it sprays water when you flush, the bidet seat is too small. Way smaller than normal seats. It’s sized for a child. I could go on and on. I tried finishing a different bidet seat like a Toto that is normal size and operates better but it’s not compatible because bowl is outfitted for the concealed cords. I’m a general contractor I know what how high end expensive toilets should preform

The 6300 bowl has no bidet
Worst experience with this product. We spent $15K equipping four baths with the Kohler setup on our new construction. After consulting numerous times and checking specs - we were told which toilets and bidets work together. But during install nothing fit. After reaching out to numerous Kohler reps we were told Kohler DOES NOT HAVE ANY BIDET THAT FIT ANY OF THEIR WALL HUNG TOILETS. Is this a joke? No it is not. This is a complete disaster. Never never never in my life will I say anything nice about Kohler. DO NOT buy.

On the wall makes small spaces bigger. I like it how it flushes and the modern look. You have to buy the frame that goes inside the wall that has the water tank. I got a frame from Geberit. There are frames for thinner walls and deeper walls. Geberit brand is the best one.
