Hi, this is Laura with Kohler Co. I am happy to assist you with your question. This Wellworth tank is not compatible with another manufacturer's toilet. It must be paired with the Wellworth bowls K-4197 or K-5393. Thank you for choosing Kohler.
Hi Sri, this is Sarah with Kohler Customer Service. I'm glad to answer your question. The serial number given indicates you have the K-4620 Wellworth toilet tank. This tank has been discontinued with no replacement. I'm sorry, this newer Wellworth Classic tank will not fit your existing toilet bowl. The tank and bowl would need replacement. Thank you for choosing Kohler.
It depends on the bolt configuration of the base / bowl of your toilet. Are there 3 bolts or 2? I used this tank to replace a Kohler "Highline" touchless toilet, which has attachment bolts on each side of the bowl, and one on the back of the bowl, so 3 bolts altogether. I originally bought the bowl for the Cimarron and it had a different bolt configuration; it had only 2 bolts so I had to return it. Kohler.com, shows that the K 5692 is the Cimarron toilet tank (now discontinued). Their parts diagram shows that there are 2 bolts on the K5692. I believe what you want is the Cimarron tank, which is K 4421. It has the 2-bolt configuration
