My plumbers exact words, “Wow this is really nice.” Sharp addition to our updated kitchen. Only complaint is the hose is stiff and doesn’t really cover the whole sink easily - sink is also a Kraus.

We installed this kitchen faucet just over a year ago we bought it for its looks and after reading some reviews. We first notice the sprayhead pressure was not great. The water pressure is fine out of the faucet so its not a water pressure problem. After 1 year the lever has stop working for the spray head.
Overall very disappointed with it.

Hello Gary, We're so sorry to hear your faucet is malfunctioning, Try soaking your sprayhead in equal parts warm soapy water and distilled vinegar for about 15 min and then rinsing through. If there's any debris causing these issues that should help knock them loose. My faucet is against a wall of tile, so I wanted something that would make a statement and this was perfect! The pull-down part is perfect for my large farmstyle sink, so I didnt have any issues with it not pulling all the way down.
Leaked out of the Box

So we were really excited about this faucet and had to wait a month because it was on backorder everywhere. When it arrive we were severly disappointed because the gold was more like yellowed stainless steel. We decided to have it installed because the only other faucet we liked was twice as much. I dont know if this was dumb luck but the plumber couldn’t install it because the supply lines leaked straight out of the box. He said Kraus usually starts leaking after a year of use. Sooo we sent it back. We purchased the more expensive black and gold faucet and are extremely happy with it inspite of the additional cost.

The sprayer is very high up, and isn't flexible enough to reach close to the sink, which creates a lot of splashing and overspray. It can barely be pulled below the pot filler, using a lot of force.
The pot filler works fine as an alternative and the quality is great.
I don't think this is good for any standard kitchen... Maybe higher, larger sinks. We'll be returning it.
