A: This problem is caused by the counter-balance weight attached to the hose beneath the countertop is not heavy enough or has become dislodged somehow. Check to make sure the counter-balance is securely in place, and add more weight to the hose if necessary.

A: There is a doughnut-shaped weight that should be installed on the hose under the sink. The weight creates tension in the hose and draws the head firmly into the support arm. I have three of these faucets, this feature works perfectly.

Poor quality for the price

I like this faucet and the Kraus brand altogether. I believe we just received a defective handle. After less than a year of use. The black color is chipping away at an alarming rate. Besides that, works like a charm.

Cheap plastic button

The cheap plastic button to toggle between the two flow modes broke after 6 months of use.

Beats Moen by far

Love this faucet. I wanted the spring look to be “in style”. What I liked the most was that the bar connecting the main piece to the spout handle is on an incline up. Game changer! We actually had installed the similar Moen model and it has the bar straight across. I was shocked at how hard it made it to use the faucet. It kept the spout head very low and you had to release it to get it up higher. The Kraus holds the spout head at the perfect height! And I don’t notice any difference in quality, this faucet looks expensive and also comes with a lifetime warranty like Moen. Highly recommend.

Poor quality on faucet button

Bought this faucet for my kitchen remodel last summer. After a little over one year of use, the plastic button (which we now see is held on with two flimsy plastic posts) has broken right off. In my mind, a higher-end faucet should last longer than one year. Now I have to push on the sharp edges of the broken off button in order to change the stream from full to spray. Not happy

Low quality for a high priced item

This was an added touch to a newly renovated kitchen and looks beautiful it was functioning just fine until the button on the nozzle broke off and not even a year has past. this will quickly change to a 5 once this gets resolved.
