    Hi RV, Thanks for reachign out to us. Our 33" Loften Sink requires a 36" cabinet size to accomodate the hardware that is included with the sink. We also provide a template in the box and offer DXF files directly on our website as the radius of the corners will need to be factored into the cut.     Hi Carol, Thanks for reaching out to us. Our KPF-1610 Bolden Kitchen Faucet offers a counter weight that will attach to the hose in order to retract the spray head back into the spout.

    How easy is it to drill a hole to take our filtered water faucet?

    Thanks for reaching out to us. Our Loften KHT410-33 offers an additional 1 3/8" hole and wWe would not recommend drilling holes into the steel as it may damage the sink and also void the warranty.

    is there a knock out hole on the right side looks like it in the pictures?

    Hello Gary, This model sink comes with a pre drilled hole for an accessory, it also comes with a cover in case you do not wish to use the hole.

    What size are the faucet holes in this sink plan to use the center hole for faucet and the other hole for push button on/off requires 1-3/8 hole ?

    Hi Frank, Thanks so much for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing these stains on your new sink. This is usually taken care of permanently with a stainless steel polish and/or cleaner when used according to the directions of the cleaning product. Products such as Bar Keeper’s friend and a fine 3M Scotch Brite pad are both great options.

    This sink is listed as 18 gauge in the overview, but 16 gauge in the specifications. Which is accurate?

    Awesome sink and faucet. I went from a two bowl to a single bowl and the extra space is amazing! I love the single click spray on the faucet and it's easy to pull and spray down the sink after using. My plumber was so impressed he is getting the same unit for himself.

    From a 5 to a 1 In one year?! I’m SO DISAPPOINTED!
    When I purchased my Kraus sink/faucet bundle at Home Depot I was THRILLED!! I was their best advertiser and was responsible for at least two families buying the same thing. I posted pictures on Instagram and was so thrilled with the “Koehler quality at a more reasonable price.” Even my plumber who installed the sink and faucet was impressed. I had some scary stains and spills, but Bar Keepers Friend is now mine, too. Everything was going along brilliantly, until just after it’s one year anniversary last week, the faucet no longer attaches to the neck?! I believe it was a magnet that held them together, but now my beautiful faucet looks horrible. I’m single and don’t cook that much so I haven’t even used it as much as would be considered “normal wear and tear.” I’m hoping the people at Kraus stand behind their products and that one week past the one year anniversary is not too late to get a solution. I don’t want a new faucet....if this can be fixed. I’ll keep y’all updated!

    Thanks for your feedback.

    I'm sorry to hear about your faucet and would be happy to assist. This model does not feature a magnet. From what you described, the placement of the weight located on your faucet hose may need to be adjusted to ensure it is fully retracting the spray head back into the spout.

    Also, please make sure there is nothing blocking the weight from under the counter as this is what will retract the spray head.

    Absolutely LOVE this sink/faucet combo. GREAT contemporary look. Very heavy construction. Also love the rack in the bottom. It keeps things from sitting in water when draining and/or drying. Large size and nice depth that fit perfectly into the counter opening that our old 33" x 22" double sink came out of, so no counter cutting was required. Our installer was surprised at the quality. Thank you once again Home Depot for a great shopping experience!

    Sleek, modern looking and SMART design!
    I had been looking for a single basin sink, as I was sick of the dividing wall splitting useful space of my shallow, leaky one. I also just hated my sink, and kitchen. But the full reno will have to come later. This sink was an all-in-one, and I loved the faucet that came with it. I didn't give much consideration to the grate at the bottom, except that maybe it would prevent it from getting scratched up so quickly. It was the same size as the sink I was replacing, BUT the basin was wider front to back and deeper, and that made installation quite difficult. Once it was in, though, I was THRILLED! At first, I was just so satisfied with the appearance, having gotten rid of my shallow, double sink, its leaks, and gotten a faucet I loved. But as time went on, I learned just how smart the design was. The grate sits level on top, so no more glasses falling over! No more sponges floating in gross water that builds up, which doesn't build up, because nothing is blocking the bottom of the sink! The spacious layout lets you spread dishes out for rinsing, and you can pull the faucet, yes, but you can also simply swing the arm aside (pictured)! I love that I have plenty of room to wash large items like that crock, without worrying about banging around on the sides of the sink and I can, again, swing that faucet out of my way while I'm washing. It seems someone who's dealt with all the pain in the butts of working at a sink put a lot of thought into this design, and I THANK THEM!!!!

    Easy to install, nice lookin sink and is very spacious. Quality seems good. I warn you though, I had soap dispenser in extra corner location hole and it dropped a little bit of soap that I let dry on the surface while I was out of town. Upon removing the dried residue I noticed the surface was pitted ever so slightly with a now permanent blemish... I suggest not adding soap dispenser. I removed and will replace with water filter.

    Only one month usage stained terrible
    I got a new sink after being in my house from 1979 to January 2021. It showed wear from being old we hen i got there. But no water stains. The lady at home depot told me to use white vinegar. It did not work. The hard water of Belleville does not stain a sink so bad after a month it is sad. I feel waisted money if can't be cleaned. There are eight of them from each place the drain stand sits. A month should not cause this damage.

    We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing these stains on your new sink. Typically, when red spots appear on a Stainless Steel Sink like ours it is simply surface discoloration. This is usually taken care of permanently with a stainless steel polish and/or cleaner when used according to the directions of the cleaning product.
