Q:Hello, I am looking at the kraus pax drop in sink 15x20. Can you tell me what the actual bowl size is front to back, side to side? In the specs it says sink size is 15x20 and it also says bowl size is 15x20 which is impossible. Thank you

Beautiful sink but accessories lacking
Love the modern and sleek look of this sink and Kraus faucet. Have had for 1.5 months. Only issue is the quality of the accessories is lacking. The grid has I’m getting rusty and yes I used bar keepers friend on it. And also the sink covers are rusting and one the plating is coming off. Also the sliding pegs in grid leave marks on sink. Else the sink itself is great.

Great Sink for the Price
I purchased the 24" Laundry Sink for by new kitchen. Wanted something that fits a half baking sheet in both directions and this sink delivers. Plus its the deepest sink I could find. Everyone compliments the sink on how much they like it. YES, the sink scratches super easy (even when vacuuming dust out of it initially) but every steel sink will scratch when you use it so its inevitable. For the price, (vs the Kohler) this sink is well worth it. I got the KHU23 grate for it as well, its 1/2" shy on either side in the long direction direction but otherwise works great, so happy with it. Kraus, please make a grate for this sink though! Please!
Also, when I went to order the grate via phone call, customer service was very easy to deal with. And an actual person was on the other line so kudos to you.

Monster Sink, Worthy Investment
We've used this sink for 2 years now. Paired it with the Krauss KPF-2631SFS pull down faucet. It has been incredibly durable, cleans easily, washes the hounds with ease, it's thick, quiet, dent resistant, and even more capacity than we anticipated - it's DEEP. Installation was simple, garbage disposal mounted right up, faucet install took all of 10 minutes. Included sink rack and drain cover have been fantastic accessories. Even the free oven mitt is great! Could not be happier with our choice. Please note - IT WILL SCRATCH - but that's the romance of stainless, at least to us, and we've had no issues with rust at all - even after neglecting to clean or wipe the water out for extended periods of time. This sink will not improve photography skills, however, as illustrated.

Sink rusted in under 4 months
Purchased in March, installed in April, this sink was beautiful until just this week tiny rust spots appeared ALL OVER the bottom of the sink….
I have had stainless sinks in the past - for many years, and NEVER has any sink developed rust spots like this. I’ve never seen anything like this before.
Very disappointed. Total waste of money.

Typically, when red spots appear on a Stainless Steel Sink like ours it is simply surface discoloration. This is usually taken care of permanently with a stainless steel polish and/or cleaner when used according to the directions of the cleaning product. Products such as Bar Keeper’s friend and a fine 3M Scotch Brite pad are both great options.

looks beautiful
Looks beautiful and very spacious. I feel like doing the dishes. Very sturdy. No complain at all. But I am not sure about how long it will last. Hopefully long long time.

Great looking sink - a bit of work to clean
This sink is nice and big. I fit it into a 33inch cabinet but it is pretty tight. Sink has lines to help drainage but food can be heavy and need motivation towards the drain. We have the stainless rack on the bottom which is easily removed to clean out the sink.
Would buy again, it looks great, and we can bath a piglet in there. 4 stars because nothing is perfect.

I LOVE THIS SINK!
I bought the deep 24” laundry sink and the gorgeous faucet. I’m so impressed with the superb quality! The sink is very sturdy and beautifully designed. The packaging for shipping was awesome, too. My granite people even remarked at what a high quality sink this was. The faucet is very substantial and functions flawlessly. I love the fact they they include two different flow rates, even though I didn’t need the higher one.
I’m so excited to have the beautiful laundry room, and this sink and faucet are part of the show pieces! I can’t believe what an awesome deal they were.
I would definitely recommend all Kraus products to my friends and family.

Rusting before using
Purchased this sink and had it installed, now the house if finished and we moved in and the sink is rusting, called Home Depot and they tranfered to the manufacturer, the person that answered said it was normal and it would go away, a week later the problem still there. The problem is that I had to pay for the install. *** NOT THE FINAL REVIEW, WAITING FOR THE FINAL SOLUTION ***

So I moved into this 40 year old house and a local plumber advised me not to go too crazy on sink...
So I moved into this 40 year old house and a local plumber advised me not to go too crazy on sink depth while doing remodel. The deepest I could go is 9" and I am glad I followed his words. This Kraus single hole 25" sink is the most gorgeous 9" SS sink I could get. The disposal is installed at higher level than the sewage drain to avoid sewage back flow. No need to re-route the existing piping = huge cost/time saving.
While the description says it needs 27" cabinet at least but bear in mind it is a huge and deep sink. Before installation, please make sure the door hinges are screwed on. You probably won't have a chance to add them later unless you have some fancy tools to get in very narrow spaces. Mine cabinet is 30" wide and there are not too much room left for dishwasher high-loop (we make it work in a very creative way) and no room for air gap installation.
Single hole style is not a problem for us as we are never a fan of soap dispensers. We love the sleek look. It does leave water marks and probably scratches in the future but we are not too worry about it.
