AnswersSo I take it from the politically correctly phrased answer from Kraus that they are made in China or Vietnam. Why can't they just answer the question? Are they ashamed that they have outsourced their manufacturing? I can almost guarantee that unless they are shipping the stainless sheets from the US, the stainless is not what is advertised. For once answer a question honestly. If you are ashamed that you are sourcing in China... get out of there.

Easily Scratches
I am not satisfied with my purchase. This sink was installed for less than a week by the time it already had MULTIPLE scratches, for normal use. Also, no matter how much I clean it, it never looks fully clean or shiny. There is no reason why this sink should be rated anything above one star. Very disappointed.

Scratches are inevitable in any sink material, including stainless steel. These are merely usage scratches. Overtime, these scratches will become uniform with the sink's grain and blend into the overall finish of your sink with proper cleaning. Most minor scratches can be softened with a fine (white) 3M Scotch Brite pad, or 3M Scotch Brite Natural Fiber Non-Scratch Scour Pad, accompanied by a deep cleansing agent such as Bar Keepers Friend. Bought this sink in our last house. Used it for...
Bought this sink in our last house. Used it for about 8 years and it still looked good so decided to buy the same brand again. Like that it comes with perfectly fitting metal grids to protect the surface. I ordered the strainer “basket” with my first sink and they no longer make it, so I got the identical sink so I could use it in my new house. Glad I kept the basket! Only downfall is that the drains are plastic so the plumber said to be careful with hot liquids!

THIS IS THE BEST SINK!
This sink is by far the best one I've ever bought. From ease of installation to every day use its phenomenal. The rack that comes with this is extremely handy and makes washing easier especially if theres food on the dishes. It keeps the dishes off the bottom of the sink and makes washing a breeze! Most drains have a small little basket for food etc where once it fills up it clogs the sink from draining and is hard to get clean where the rubber gasket is, not this one! This drain bucket is large and has holes all the way up so even if it's full it will still drain. This sink came with everything needed and far exceeded our expectations.

This is the most amazing sink! ok, so you say how can a sink be amazing? where to begin..the SIZE! it is wide and DEEP! let us forget about the fact that it is pretty, but functional as well, there is a grate on the bottom that I was not sure I would care for, but I LOVE it! It keeps dishes off the bottom of the sink and keeps it shiny and scratch free and prevents items from sliding into the garbage disposal. I love the little strainer basket, it is perfect to cover the garbage disposal (it also comes with the rubber gasket disposal cover) and is a catch all so flatware does not end up down the drain. . This sink has great insulation, so when you turn on the faucet and the water hits the bottom of the sink, it is actually quiet..same with the disposal..have you ever heard a quiet garbage disposal? no,? well this sink helps to muffle the sound and it is great!!. I can fit 1/2 sized professional sheet pans in it to wash them without having to hang them over the edge of the sink and wash only a part at a time. It is deep, so even if there are dishes in the sink when you look at the sink from across the room you cannot see that there are dirty dishes in it! The PRICE! The value for the price was incredible! There are "other" name brands that are WAY more expensive because they have a more "familiar" name, but I would stick with ZLINE any day! I bought the ZLINE 36' Stove, Range hood and sink the ONLY reason I did not get the dishwasher was because the place I ordered my appliances from did not carry the dishwasher...ZLINE makes quality products and the customer service is pretty amazing too! Great value, great looking, great performing, great prices...what else could you want?
