On October 8,2020, we purchased from Home Depot a Karran kitchen sink, Model # QT721BI. The entire transaction was handled very professionally and the sink was delivered on the exact day as promised. We could not be happier with the sink. I replaced an old sink that was not a standard size. Karran made a sink that exactly fit into my existing opening on my countertop. The sink is fabulous - we could be happier!

scratch resistant? yah right. haven’t even had it installed for two weeks and the number of scratches are unbelievable. scratches on a white sink are black so i should’ve just gotten a black sink. as much as the white sink makes the kitchen look nice, definitely NOT worth it. feels like money wasted

This white quartz material is white all the way through the material. What you are seeing is transference from the black pots and pans being cleaned in the sink. The sink is not scratched, these are merely pot marks showing up black on the white sink. A quick rub with a wet Mr. Clean Magic Eraser will remove them easily. I really love this sink. It arrived undamaged and looks great. I would say that it is lighter in color than the photo, which at first was disappointing, but I still like it. We've had it in for about a month. It seems really durable and doesn't show spots/stains. It's super easy to clean. The only thing that concerned me when we got it was that it seems to be more of a 70/30 than and 60/40, but we decided to keep it anyway, and I was thrilled to find out that it works just fine for me and the left side is a great size. My husband did curse a lot while putting it in because he couldn't get it in the hole with the clips on, but he managed once he took a few off and tried to put them on once the sink was in place. (I don't know anything about that...I just tried to help and keep him calm.) :)

Lousy. First of all, I received a 4-hole sink and I had to cover 3 of them with costly black hole covers. Secondly, the left sink was so uneven on the underside that the drain basket could not be tightened down evenly to avoid leaking. A great amount of rubberized stop leak had to be used for leaks.
