Nice sound, great appearance
I've had this beautiful fountain for 2 years. The pump is super quiet, and the water sound is lovely and can be adjusted with the rocks in the basin and the amount of water in the fountain (the lower the water level the more "fall" in the basin, the louder the sound). The uplighting when the room lights are dimmed is very nice. My only complaint is that I have to refill the water more often then I thought. I go through a gallon every week or two. I didn't realize how dry the air was in my office was. I also add hydrogen peroxide to the water mix to prevent algae and prevent germs from incubating (I was advised against bleach because it damages pump parts.) Overall it far exceeded my expectations.

The product is very nice, but there was a whole...
The product is very nice, but there was a whole in the structure of the wall fountain which caused it to leak on the side when I turned the pump on, not really expecting that from Home Depot when it comes to quality. They should send me another one overnight for free for this defect that occurred.
