This product says it comes with wall hangers and it only came with one wall hanger. Not good. I needed for 2 different properties as I am a Real Estate Agent and NJ code is that they are attached to a wall not just sitting someplace!

Our window has a very small wood ledge that is pretty normal. But this ladder will NOT hang over the window sill securely. Unless you have the most bare, basic window set into a wall (with no ledge) this ladder is not a good fit. Our window ledge adds only about 1" to the width of the wall, but the white hook you see in the picture will not work to hang the ladder from it. This seems like a very strange design.

Excellent insuranse!
We already have 2 non rechargeable extinguishers in our home. I work in my garage very often on vehicles and all sorts of other projects and after seeing some videos of people catching their cars on fire I thought oh crud what if that happened to me and if it did the flames from the car or whatever else in the garage could easily start the garage on fire and spread and burned the house down so I went out and grabbed this nice rechargeable extinguisher and mounted it right to the door and posted the big fire extinguisher sticker right above it making it super easy to see. Having this in my garage now has given me peace of mind and each day when I'm in or pass thru the garage I always check it's charge level on the gauge!

A "must have" product
Fire Extinguisher was well packaged and included necessary hardware for mounting on the wall.
Documentation for mounting , use and necessary inspections were included.
Bracket is made for a stationary wall mount and would not be suitable for any type of moving vehicle or boat. An optional bracket is available for mounting in a boat.

Single use only....but you need to practice
Our bedroom is on second floor and I felt we needed to practice this thing so my granddaughters would know wht to do.....so of course we opened it to practice.
It took us 30 minutes to figure it out and get it untangled and out the window......good thing we practiced.
Then we saw the instructions that said ."Single use only" "You need to practice".
The girls did not actually go out the window, but did climb from the bottom to see if we had it hooked onto the window sill correctly. It did hold...... It says KIDDIE, BUT ALSO SAYS IT WILL HOLD 500 LBS....Whats up with that?
So now we return it to the store as defective and buy another one ......and label this one defective so they won't resell it....I really don't see why we couldn't use it again...It seems stable....but I will go get another one......Now that I think of it....this one had been returned to store after someone used it....
