This Kidde Pro 110 fire extinguisher is UL rated 1-A, 10-B:C and is ideal for the most common fires. This rechargeable fire extinguisher is suitable for use on the most common fires.

    A:  That time is the total content of the extinguisher. The extinguisher needs to be tested and refilled after every use.

      A:  Yes it is.... says so right on the box.... sorry... no idea how much $$$ to recharge.... but I wouldn't imagine that it would cost very much.....

      A:  I believe that a fire station will recharge them for free, but cannot confirm this. Call your local fire house and ask.

            A:  Not Halon!!! A chemical which when discharged will smother the flames without causing toxicity to humans. If you want the name of the chemical, look on th extinguisher bottle.

              A:  baking power with a chemical added to make it heavy to settle on the fire to smother it. That's why you should be removed the fire extinguisher from the bracket and shaken to make sure the powder is still loose at least once a month and the pressure gauge should be inspected for the correct pressure.
