Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet with Soap Dispenser in Satin Nickel is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 13.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from fair at best Purchased the faucet on line , wished I could have done a hands on inspection in person. The faucet looks great and was very easy to install. The problem with it is that is very difficult to swivel side to side. You either grasp the back of the faucet or push down on everything to make it swivel and then the spring will try to push it back.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Looks Good. Overall, So So. The short: Looks/Design: 5 stars Quality: 2 stars Installation: 3 stars Overall: a disappointing faucet that I would not recommend. Also, I purchased this baby for $125. At the time of writing this review, the price is set to $299 and some change. What's with the bi-polar pricing? In the looks and design department, this faucet is a hot piece of action. I love the silver hose versus black. It's sleek and modern. The spray head is comfortable to hold and puts out excellent pressure. She's a beauty. Installation is where this love story takes a dark turn. If you are not experienced at installing faucets, stay clear of this one. The install is basic, but the instructions are ridiculously scant. Very little detail is given. On top of it, I had to make some modifications (adding a rubber o-ring and slightly bending the mounting plate) to get the faucet to sit right and not leak from the spray head like a sieve. The exploded diagram for the faucet showed an o-ring being present in the spray head connection that was MIA. Not a difficult trouble shoot, but I wouldn't have wanted to tackle this as my first faucet install. But the real villain in our story is the quality. This is a sturdy faucet. It's meaty, and that is it's Achilles' heel. The faucet is built in two separate pieces: the neck (the portion containing the arm, spring and spray head) and the base (the lower 1/4 housing the handle and valves). The two meet by sliding together and are held in place by one little tension screw. Lo' that lone screw is just not enough to support the big neck. Rather than standing upright, the whole neck of the faucet leans forward like a wilted piece of lettuce, sad. For someone who notices details (aka is a little OCD and perfectionistic), this drives me crazy. This is also the pivot point for the top of the faucet. I just don't trust that little screw to do it's job. The day it gives way I will have a hydrant in my kitchen. It also makes the swivel function of the faucet herky-jerky, and you get the feeling the whole neck will come off into your hand. That lone screw is just not enough to hold the big, heavy faucet in place. And since that lone screw is the MVP of the faucet, I say boo to quality. Also, if you are mounting this over a 3-hole opening and not a single. You will need to use the mounting plate, which is a sad, cheap excuse for one. It did not sit flat on my sink, which is level and in good condition. I had to ever so gently bend it over my thigh to try and get a flat installation, and it's still not 100%. Though the listing says this is a Kingston product, it is actually made by a sub-company of Kingston, Gourmetier. Gourmetier, who? Exactly. I'll be looking for a replacement, and likely spending a little more. Because of the looks, I desperately wanted this faucet to work. But it just leans there sadly, threatening to give way and rock my world with a kitchen flood. No thanks.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Looks Fabulous, but... This faucet is large and looks fab. Also, the installation appeared to be simple, although it was mostly done by the guy who installed my new countertops and sink as a package deal. I did notice that the already connected supply hoses were inside the bottom opening of the valve housing; would they require a special wrench to replace them? So, it got a 5 star rating for looks, but a 3 star overall for the following reasons: The documentation that is included with the faucet is rather sparse. There is a small exploded drawing of the faucet showing part numbers, but NO parts list giving a description of the parts. Any future leak would probably be associated with an o-ring or gasket; you need to know where it is, how it is assembled to the faucet, size info, etc. I sent an e-mail to the technical support dept. of Kingston Brass asking for the parts list; I got no reply so I sent a second e-mail. Again, there was no reply. If they can’t respond to a simple request, how do you think they’ll respond to a real problem with the faucet? (By the way, this faucet is advertised on the Kingston Brass website, not the Gourmetier website). Out of the box there was a small ding on the front of the upper hose housing (neck) above the valve. No problem, I just rotated the upper hose and housing 180 degrees so the ding would not be seen. Unfortunately, when I did this the upper housing was no longer in-line with the valve housing – it looked crooked. I had to re-rotate the upper hose and housing to get it straight again. Is there a cam effect in the joint causing this? (Note that a previous reviewer had the “crooked” problem, maybe he needs to rotate it). My house water pressure is a poor 40 psi (static). With the spray nozzle removed, I got a maximum 2.4 gpm flowrate (not bad). With the spray nozzle reinstalled, at full flow I got a 1.33 gpm flowrate. There’s lots of resistance in the nozzle. (The lines had been flushed and the nozzle was clean). Having said that, when the spray function button is pushed, the spray jets really shoot; so much so that I get splatter out of the sink all over the counter. And now, when you go back to normal flow there is drippage from the spray holes, unless you re-push the button really hard.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Faucet wow....wow. We are the 2nd owners of our 2001 home so the faucet needed replacement. We looked around and weren't sure what we wanted but liked the pull down feature with no hose. We looked at the online faucets and on a whim went with the Kingston. Man the moment you get it and feel the weight I was very impressed. The only drawback is our sink is older and the soap dispenser is designed for a thicker sink. Couple of rubber shims should fix that, I may call Kingston and see what they can do. But back to the faucet. Very nice features and control so far. Easy installation. I like that you can remove the head from the holder for larger items, like a turbo oven bowl, as well as large pans. You can adjust the water pressure really well. So far we have found no negatives. Looks outstanding, too bad my wife hasn't gotten her counter tops and sink to match with her faucet :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from High style and very functional Because of current physical limitations, we had a plumber install this unit when he also put in a new disposal for us. The install went quickly and easily. Finished product looks very modern and the water pressure is amazing. Very easy to turn this unit to access all areas of the extra deep sink we have and to switch from a stream to spray.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to install. Took me less than than 30 minutes. Great pressure with the spray. It took me less than 30 minutes to install. The spray has great pressure. Better value than I expected. All our friends want a faucet like this one.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Faucet has a black, cloth-braided hose rather than plated as shown in the image. This faucet also... Faucet has a black, cloth-braided hose rather than plated as shown in the image. This faucet also has a single button, rather than two as shown in the image. Otherwise, its a decent faucet and has a nice look. The biggest issue with this faucet was the fact that it has 3/8" compression fittings on the ends of the supply lines rather that 1/2" MIP fittings like EVERY OTHER FAUCET EVER MADE. So, I had to wait to install it after I made a 30 mile round-trip to LOWE''S for a fitting to convert from my supply lines to the totally moronic supply lines on this faucet.
