How high can you set the bake temperature to? 550 Fahrenheit? The manual only talks about the Sabbath mode, it doesn't talk about the standard max temperature that you can set.

36 in. 5.1 cu. ft. Dual Fuel Range with Convection Oven in Imperial White is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 130.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Looks Fantastic, Until You Look Closer Purchased the Kitchenaid dual fuel oven 2 months ago at the Home Depot in San Carlos, Ca. The power requirements demand that you have 240VAC (4-prong) for oven power. It draws 6500 watts at broil, that's roughly 30 amps @ 240 volts. It also burns enough fuel to generate 75000 BTU. So you need to upgrade from 1/2" to 5/8" gas supply line to accommodate the range, should you have all 6 burners on full. It weighs 465 pounds, so in order to move this from the garage to the kitchen, we had to remove the racks, grates and the oven door to lighten it to only 377 pounds. (The door weighs over 50 lbs, was a little tricky to remove, but amazingly simple to re-install). Don't forget to install the anti-tipping bracket in the floor to lock down one of the back feet. Once the unit is powered up, be cautious about how you touch the top control panel; the touch panel is very sensitive and I've inadvertently powered on the oven without intention. A slight touch from the back of your hand, or pinky finger from cleaning, prepping, cooking could trigger it. The temperature control is its shining attribute. The oven is spot-on according to my oven thermometer (within 1 degree F. ) 375 is 374 and 250 is 250 accordingly. The oven in standard mode draws up to 3000 watts when baking. However when broiling it's up to 6500 watts. Here's the catch; there is only one heating element. It operates in dual power mode depending on user selection. (Meaning: expect to replace the heating element should you broil often). The range top was what I was looking forward to; a pair of 22,000 BTU burners. Sadly, these are the simple round configuration burners, very hot on the outside, virtually cold in the center. I was hoping it came with the 'EvenHeat' technology. The two big burners are only useful with very large pots or pans, and even the, the heat distribution is just lousy. It's fine for soups, stews, chili. But 2-egg omelettes are very much a challenge. At least the burners have a flame-out sensor. If I have the small simmer burner set to it's lowest flame, and suddenly crank the big burners full-on, the simmer flame will go out from fuel starvation. The igniter senses a no-flame and triggers the igniter to relight the fire. Cool, huh? The oven itself looks fantastic; beefy, intimating, stylish. But the range is old school in it just has simple round burners. Sure hope Kitchenaid has upgrades available.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best range I have ever owned Bought it in April, installed in June had it converted to LP gas. Love the range cleans up beautifully. Love the range top options, with the large and small burners and the simmer options are fantastic. Have used the broiler, you have to get use to how quickly it cooks. I love it and would buy it again. My only regret was I wanted a gas range and oven and duel fuel is the only option. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Range! I love my new KitchenAid Stove. It bakes beautifully and looks amazing. The burners have grates that are very sturdy and the flame on the 2 largest burners easily handle large pots and cast iron skillets. I bake French bread each week using stones. Not only did my loaves bake beautifully and evenly brown, there were no burn spots on the bottom of the bread. I really cannot say enough about this amazing piece of equipment. I just wish I would have purchased it a long time ago. Thank you, KitchenAid! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beyond thrilled with this range We upgraded to the 36 inch, 6 burner, duel fuel range and are so happy we did. The range had the best consumer report ratings in its class and was less expensive than some of the other options in this category. We have been so happy with the gas range options and the convection oven allows us to cook on multiple levels at the same time without sacrificing the quality of the food. Some of the options like delayed start have also been so helpful!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from awesome cook top So happy with our new stove. It cooks everything quickly. It does run hot, much hotter than our last gas stove. Sometimes things even boil quickly on medium. I'm getting used to it quickly, but am loving the difference. It also has a high and low simmer on a couple burners which is fabulous [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful and Functional We purchased this Range for our new home and it is wonderful. It works great and cooks so evenly. It is easy to clean and a beautiful commercial style look. When the oven is on, it even blows cool area out so the room does not heat up with having the oven on. So nice!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great so far! I just started using this range and love it so far. Knobs are easy to use. The burners are hot. Oven is self explanatory and heats up so quickly. I've gotten praises from friends. Even my contractor wants one now. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks, Cooks and Bakes Great! I have just started using my range and I love it. The control of the burners is great and the oven is wonderful. I started out by baking 4 loaves of zucchini bread, they baked so evenly and nice. I had milk and cheese run over and it was very easy to clean up.
