I do not konw ? Does the standard metal bowl fit on your mixer.? If it does it will fit. My model number is KSM90, it is very old . I have had it at least twenty years. and it fits on mine . Bowl is ok but it is very heavy, when you get something in it it is worse . I like the metal one better. If you go on the Kitchen aid site it should tell you if it fits. Also they have many pretty glass bowls.

Poor design or materials - stay away!
I bought this bowl 3 days ago. I use it once, put it in the dish washer and it chipped (from rubbing or contact with another dish? It's not clear). I don't remember the last time I chipped something. The problem is that it as a thin lip (to catch drips?), that wraps around the entirety of the bowl, and it is apparently extremely fragile. So either the glass needs to be stronger, or there should not be a lip. Extremely disappointed, I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Bottom scratched kitchen table
The bowl is great except it scratched my kitchen table :*( there is a small ridge along the base of the bowl. I need to make sure I have something underneath it when it's not in the mixer stand.

Got it for Christmas, cracked by New Years
My kids bought me this stand mixer for Christmas. I LOVE it. Best gift ever! I mixed my cake batter with it, washed it in hot soapy water, and then mixed up some buttercream. The glass bowl cracked. I am truly heartbroken. The replacement glass bowls are sold out everywhere. I do not know which, if any, metal bowls to replace it with. I will say that my kitchenaid stand mixer is the best and would recommend it, but stay away from the glass bowl. ksm45-ksm200 series

I'm sorry because my mixer is great but .......
I tried this for the firs time today after buying it about a month ago. I didn't bother examining it because it was brand new. I made a whipped cream cake icing. The bowl worked wonderfully. As I washed it though, I noticed a chip/crack in the top rim near the handle. This is unusable. That piece of glass could dislodge at any time and get into the mixer.

Very fragile
I’ve only had my kitchen aide for a couple of months, I’ve used the bowl exactly 2 times and it just cracked. Wouldn’t get this again, it’s just pretty but terrible quality.

Terrible
I used a handful of times and it was fine but then trying to make pasta one day it completely broke. Glass everywhere! Do not feel comfortable even thinking about buying a replacement. Use the stainless steel one instead it’s better made and can’t break like this.

Glass bowls aren’t what they used to be
I grew up using a kitchen aid mixer - the same one for decades that my mother used well before I started helping in the kitchen and was excited to finally purchase my own. Extraordinary disappointed after a few years’ use to today tap (literally, a slight tap) the edge of the bowl against a cabinet and have the entire thing crack. Guess I’ll be saving up for a while to replace it - I can’t believe the cost of the replacement bowl. Apologies for the picture of a dirty bowl - it had been greased to rise dough and I don’t want to wash it with that crack in it.

Bowl Shattered and Slice Finger
This used to be my absolute favorite bowl. Until the other day when it completely shattered and I sliced my pinky on it in thre places. Such a tragedy.

Extremely Unsafe!!!
I have had my beautiful artisan mixer for a little over a year. I have absolutely loved it until yesterday. Right in the middle of mixing, I heard a weird sound. A split second later, the glass shattered and flew all over my kitchen. I instinctively threw my hands up; the glass sliced through my thumb instead of my face. Even scarier, my son had literally been standing over it about 30 seconds beforehand and had just left the kitchen when it happened. This could have been SO much worse! Please beware!!!! It is downright dangerous. I'm not sure what to do now because I need my mixer but scared to death to order another glass bowl. After further inspection, this happened as a result of the plastic threading cracking, which then made the glass bowl go off track and shatter like it did. It was like an explosion of glass. Very scary!!!

Beautiful bowl, but dangerous design
I got the Artisan Design Series 5 Qt Stand Mixer for my wife for Christmas of 2013 and it came with this bowl. We have only used it a handful of times since then. I would guess less than 10. I noticed right from the start that the bowl did not lock securely into the base. The plastic ring at the bottom of the glass bowl tended to unscrew from the bowl the tighter you screwed the bowl into the mixer. That mad it hard to get a tight fit, but we made do. My wife recently decided she would try it again for making some gluten free pasta dough. After a minute of mixing, I noticed the bowl was vibrating too much. We stopped the mixer and took off the bowl only to find that the plastic ring had cracked! I'm worried that if we hadn't noticed, the mixer would have stirred the bowl right off the base and shattered it all over our kitchen. I'm very disappointed in the reliability of this bowl design. The bowl itself is beautiful and I am very impressed with the quality of the mixer, but the bowl's attachment to the base is terrible. This is our only bowl for our mixer, so we cannot use the mixer any more, though we want to. My wife was planning to make several batches of this dough today and had all the ingredients prepared, but now those plans are ruined.
