Recent Positive Review
Never realized how pitiful my last countertop broiler oven was until I got the Kitchenaid! It’s beautiful. The shelf slides in and out so nicely and smooth. 5 lb chicken roast came out perfect! Toasts both sides of bread (something my last one never did), and pizza fits nicely inside. Beautifully spacious 12 x 12” inside. Door shuts solid. But for me, the best of all is NO nasty non-stick chemicals, which was my first and main shopping goal when it came to a broiler oven. Very happy with purchase! Can this be used in place of a conventional oven? And can it also be used as a microwave?

Moving into tiny home and need an all in one appliance taking up little space.
Asked by: FRTIII
Yes, this product can be used as a stand alone oven. However, it will not function as a microwave, although it features 9 cooking modes and will accommodate a number of cooking tasks.

What are the "inside/cavity" measurements of this oven? We used to have a combination convection-microwave and could easily fit a 13x9x2 cake pan, or a 12-cup muffin tin. Would it fit in here or more than likely, not?
Asked by: LB
The interior is approximately 12'' x 12.5'' and it accommodates an up to 12'' x 12'' pan.

Cobalt Blue Convection Toaster Oven is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 105.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works great but.... I love the Aqua blue on my convection over, it works great! My only issue is that the writing on the actual oven is a light gray that you cant read anything unless you are an inch away. The box shows the writing in Black, and no where in the description does it say that. I emailed KitchenAid on May 15, and they are still researching the issue as to why the letters/numbers are light silver gray and not black. It's been over a month and no reply back. This item is not cheap, none of KitchenAid products are but they are made well, except for the flaw of not able to read your temp.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far we love it Remodeling our kitchen, we had to take out the cook top and double ovens from 1970's so we could replace with a new range. Needed Gas Pipe moved a little and electrical outlets put in as the other appliances were hard wired, we have been without a stove and ovens. With this Countertop Oven and an Induction plate we are still eating at home and not spending extra money in Restaurants. Now just waiting for my KitchenAid Fridge and Range to be delivered and then we will be getting a new KitchenAid Dish Washer!! I will soon have a KitchenAid Kitchen, I love their products!!! Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Oven Ever!! This toaster oven replaces a Cuisinart toaster oven that started turning on at random times by itself. I never thought I would replace it with anything other than a Cuisinart. I am so glad I got the Kitchenaid instead. It looks so nice on my counter, and it is so easy to use. I've made toast and baked casseroles in it and everything turned out perfect. I love the "frozen" button. It takes all the guesswork out of toasting frozen bread. I gave this toaster oven 5 stars only because the choices didn't go up to 10. I absolutely love it and look forward to getting other Kitchenaid products to match the pretty yellow color.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Misleading photos I was excited about this oven because of all the features but what really pushed me to want to upgrade my old toaster oven was the color. I was incredibly disappointed to find that the oven does not come in the color. The oven door comes in the color advertised. 90% of the oven is unwanted annoying ugly stainless steel. I feel that advertising the product as "aqua sky" and not showing any photos of the rest of the appliance besides the door, leads people to believe that the entire oven would be the color advertised. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about this false advertising

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing We originally bought this oven in April this year(2016) and almost from the start there was problem after problem. We cannot complain about the customer service at Kitchenaid, they have been great but we are now on our third oven having exchanged the first one and then the second one and just this morning I attempted to bake a pumpkin pie and there is a real problem with the oven and preheating, it's very annoying! I had to transfer my pie to our regular oven and now hope I haven't ruined it. Anyway, we are done! We figure we now have a very expensive toaster!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Everything we wanted but... We previously had a Breville and it was a disaster. The control knobs never worked reliably. So we tried the KitchenAid. Great so far. Love the crumb tray as it has no bar across the front that collected crumbs like the Breville. Even cooking. One wacky feature is that for certain settings, you need to wait till preheating is done then hit the start button again else the thing shuts off. Does anyone have an oven that shuts off when you reach temperature? So we give this a 4 instead of 5 stars. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My favorite appliance I purchased this to get a faster oven or baking, meal preparation & toast. It has not let me down a bit! From cookies to a roast chicken & toasted bagels we are thrilled all these months later. All I could possibly ask is for the oven space to be a bit larger & it could have a light. I cope with the size (only matters for large chicken!) very easily & keep a flashlight next to the oven to check browning on toast, cookies, casseroles etc. It also cuts down on propane on my large oven when a onewould suffice. Hardly use the standard oven anymore except holiday hams & turkeys. I LOVE MY OVEN!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from THis truly is a Kitchen Aid We love the oven. The retro look works well in the modern kitchen. The oven temperature is consistent and reliable. The dials have a good feel. It is a little more complicated to learn to use than your typical toaster oven, but with time it's fine. Switching between modes and temperature is the biggest issue (going from toasting bread to cooking chicken nuggets for example). That said, we still love it and recommend it.
