Customer review from kitchenaid.com logo
I love this chopper. Chops like a champ besides being portable and is heavy duty. Has to be being a KitchenAid. I chop peppers, nuts and so much more and makes quick work. It charges and is ready to lift from cabinet to use immediately. cant say enough! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

A MUST HAVE
Customer review from kitchenaid.com logo
I love KitchenAid products and the 5 cup cordless chopper did not disappoint. First, the chopper is quality made, yes it is made if plastic but it is strong and sturdy. It is so easy to use, put your basil, pine nuts, cheese, garlic, olive pil and salt and pepper, pulsate a couple of times and you have pesto. Also works great for homemade fresh salsa. You can whip up some cream, grate cheese, homemade peanut butter, humus, the list goes on. I can’t believe I have lived this long without it. And easy clean up, top rack of of dishwasher. KitchenAid has such dependable products. Love love love this chopper. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

It's Cordless, It's Cordless ;-) !!!
Customer review from kitchenaid.com logo
Recently I obtained the KitchenAid 5 Cup Cordless Chopper. I want to start by saying I am not one to use mixers and choppers. I usually do it all myself, no gadgets. Well, not anymore, that's for sure. This cordless chopper made making dinner so much easier. I like to add onions, peppers, carrots, etc. to many of my dishes. I spend so much time chopping away at things, by the time dinner is ready I'm not even hungry. Since I've been using the KitchenAid 5 Cup Cordless Chopper, it has really cut my preparation time down. This is so awesome as I love eating the meals, not so much making them. I love that it comes with a drizzle basin, to easily incorporate liquid ingredients while processing. It mixes and chops all in one, leaving less of a mess, heaven. Another amazing this about this chopper; it chops everything the same size. I've used choppers before where everything comes out different sizes, some really big, no good.Additionally, Cleaning the KitchenAid 5 Cup Cordless Chopper was a breeze. There is only the chopper and two other attachments that are dishwasher safe. Win, Win, Win. Lastly and most importantly, it is cordless. OMG, finally! No one wants to deal with cords in the kitchen. You charge it, then store that pesky cord away. This cordless chopper is part of a new cordless collection by Kitchenaid. It truly is innovative and a must in every kitchen. Features: *Chops up to 40 onions on a full charge.3 *Mixes, chops and purees to perfection thanks to its multi-purpose stainless steel blades. *Can chop up to 11 onions with a quick charge of 10 minutes.4 *Includes two-speed settings to control how fast or slow it chops, ensuring makers get the results they want. *Whisking accessory equips the product with the ability to whisk, whip, stir and make whipped cream. Perfect size and easy to clean
Customer review from kitchenaid.com logo
This KitchenAid 5 cup cordless chopper is the perfect size for your average recipe, without having to keep filling and emptying the chopper like you do with the smaller mini-choppers. I have done onions, carrots and walnuts so far and it worked like a charm and is easy to take apart and clean. I also whipped some cream for a pudding I made and it did a great job with that too, using the whipping blade. Another plus is it's not lhorribly loud like some choppers and blenders. My one suggestion - don't fill the cup too much. I did that on my first try and it didn't have enough room to move the carrots around so I ended up with big chunks on top and carrot puree on the bottom, near the blades. Once I removed some of the carrots and they had room, the chopper worked perfectly, so just don't overfill it and it will work great. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Works amazing
Customer review from kitchenaid.com logo
I Love to cook and I’m always on the lookout for appliances and products that can help make my life easier. The KitchenAde 5 cup cordless chopper makes it So much easier to get supper on the table. Instead of talking time to chop onions by hand it’s so easy and fast to add them into the chopper and they’re finely chopped in seconds. I’ve used it for chopping nuts, onions, carrots and zucchini. It’s so easy to use and being able to add it to my dishwasher after I’m done is great! It being cordless makes it easy not to worry about having to find a plug-in in small kitchens [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Portable in the kitchen and good for light jobs
Customer review from kitchenaid.com logo
After giving the chopper a chance to charge, I tried it out on making pesto. Unfortunately, my kitchen countertop seems to be a catchall and so it is nice to have portability with this countertop appliance. This chopper is to be able to take on chopping 1" cubes of beef and also nuts, but with the top of the drive adaptor only a small plastic post, I am a little scared to use foods that are that hard. This chopper seems great to chop small batches of onions, tomatoes, garlic, spinach leaves, and things of that nature. I think it would be nice to make a vinagrette and it would be great to chop up cookies or graham crackers. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Cool and Convenient
Customer review from kitchenaid.com logo
This innovative kitchen gadget is a very welcome addition to the existing tools I use in the kitchen. Being quite short of space, and even shorter when it comes to electrical outlets, cordless is the way to go as far as I am concerned. It took less than the recommended two hours for the chopper to charge and, once I had washed and dried the components before first use, it was time for action. I tried chopping various foodstuffs including apples, onions, and carrots, all of which turned out great. You can regulate the size of the chopped item by pressing the on/pulse switch intermittently. This is located at the top of the handle. I also made myself a banana milkshake using the whisk accessory by adding bananas, milk, and a dollop of ice cream. The food chopper is not overly loud as far as appliances go and is plenty large enough for the types of food chopping I need to do. From a portability perspective, the food chopper is very light and is easily transportable from location to location. The benefits of it being cordless are obvious. I have the black and silver version which matches the other appliances in the kitchen. I need a new blender and a new hand mixer which are also available as cordless appliances in this range. Time to break out the wallet. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Powerful
Customer review from kitchenaid.com logo
This cordless chopper is powerful , I was able to chop large chunks of onions in seconds without the motor bogging down. The charge lasts through several uses and charges quickly. It includes a whisking blade and the top allows you to pour liquids in which makes blending oils and salad dressings very easy. This will be my go to machine for chopping , no need to bring out the heavy food processor ! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Big Disappointment
Customer review from kitchenaid.com logo
I'm so disappointed in the cordless food chopper. Wanted to update my old Cuisinart one but will go back to that one. The Kitchenaid one is so difficult to work. Watched the video, read the instructions and yet everytime I try to use it it doesn't work. Have to remove all the food , take it apart and try and try and try to get it started. Not sure what the issue is but it shouldn't be this difficult! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
