9 in. Straight-Wall Tool Bucket with Swivel Snap

Assembled in the USA, this classic canvas bucket will be of use to many crafts. Whether used to hoist parts and tools aloft, organizing the interior of a service vehicle or hanging from a vehicle's pintle hook, the 150 lb. rated brass swivel clip will accommodate a sizable load. The molded plastic bottom of the bag has integrally molded "feet" to keep it above any minor moisture accumulation. Several drain holes are provided as well, to provide ready egress for any moisture which finds its way into the bag. The materials and stitching are typical Klein quality and should last a long time with reasonable care. The interior volume of the bag is quite capacious. As a comparison, I transferred the tools from another bag I have which had pretty much maxed out the other bag's capacity....after putting them in the Klein bag, there was still room to spare (see photos). This bag will take its place alongside my other Klein bags (the oldest of which is over 25 years old and still as good as new).

Klein Tools straight-Wall Buckets - Swivel Snap is a lifting bucket, but also has other uses on the job-site. I use these canvas buckets to carry tools and supplies around. They have high sides where you can put longer tools in them that are easily stored upright, not possible in toolboxes. This one is a nice size bucket, nine inches in diameter, fourteen inches deep, heavy canvass, reinforced stitched polypropylene bottom with a polypropylene ring sewn into the neck to keep it open. Polypropylene is ideal as its sturdy and doesn't tear or rot out. The carrying strap is black webbing with a large bronze swivel snap hook. The canvas bucket collapses all the way down when not used for storage. These buckets you often see for lifting, attached to a hauling rope. I use my bucket when not carrying tools in it attached to the side of a ladder. It becomes a great place to put tools up there when not using them. Its as secure as a shelf and can hold longer tools that ladder shelf's don't accommodate. With the large swivel clip its securely attached to the ladder top rail. My ladder also has a small tool tray that is useless unlike the bucket for what it can handle. Its especially handy with my large two story ladder from saving going up and down. Conversely, the large strap can attach to a hook or around a pipe out of the way. Its well made, tough and will last on the job. Its not cheap, but if you have the need its handy making things go easier.

Very tough bag. I have used this a few times clipped on my extension ladder. The material is very strong, had a few different saws and cutting tools in it and no rips or tears, probably why I see these on bucket trucks all the time. The best part unlike a bucket if you drop this it can be put back up unlike a bucket where its probably broken. The swivel snap is also of high quality.

I received this straight-wall bucket for free to write this review. I'm not an electrician, it just looks like something handy to have around the house. It is great for holding both tools and kid toys. Excellent way to pass things up and down from a ladder or window project. Unlike a rigid plastic bucket, this compresses well for storage and won't mar things up if it bangs into something.

I love everything about this canvas bucket. It is a nice size that is slightly narrower than a 5-gallon bucket and perfect for long tools or bolts that will stay upright and not fall over sideways. It is made of high-quality materials in the right locations: canvas on the sides for durability and flexibility, very thick plastic on the bottom for puncture and wear resistance, and the strap is thick stitched webbing unlike other models that have cheap rope that is taped. Finally the swivel snap, made of high quality thick brass (made in Italy where pride is taken in quality) and far more than enough to handle anything you put in the bucket. Other than that it is MADE IN THE USA which is a huge plus for me. We do a lot of work on scaffolding and ladders, and quality buckets such as these are invaluable to hold hand tools, power tools, hardware, bolts, and structural materials. cheap plastic buckets do not cut it when we are welding several stories up and dropping wrenches and bolts in the bag hanging precariously next to us. If you demand the best, regardless of whatever you are doing, get this bucket especially if you are relying on it for safety or your career. It is worth every penny and will last you a long time.
