Best hard hat I've ever owned. There's a lot to like about this hard hat. If you need a hard hat every day at work, you can appreciate a good one vs a cheap one. This hard hat is very comfortable and the flat/satin color is nicer than most on the market. The best part is the attachment clip. I got the rechargeable led clip on light that also has a magnet and it's a great fit and finish while being extremely helpful.

My husband works in landscaping and often has to cut or trim trees so this hard had really comes in handy for protecting his head from falling debris or large branches. Plus any work he may do while at home. It is actually quite comfortable as well. I tried it on myself and was surprised at the cushioning inside of it. I got the visor that was supposed to work with it but for some reason it doesn't fit right. Good quality material used in this hard hat and the bright blue color keeps him visible in the trees.

Comfortable Type 1, Class E hard hat. Internal webbing is designed well to keep your head away from the hat for the best ventilation you could expect in a "non-vented" hard hat. Quick fit install is easy with one hand using the ratchet knob on the back. If you have a Klein headlamp - snap it into the front mount and you are ready to go. I like the full brim - all the way around protection for walking around the house. My spouse is 5'2" so there are plenty of items for me to hit my head on, that she can walk right under. The suspension system holds the hat on my head very well - especially when out for an afternoon jog. There is a sweatband as well to cushion your forehead and absorb all that sweat. Joking aside - full brim seems like a good option to me - unless you are driving a vehicle. Internal system is comfortable and strong. I really like the strong blue - so much better than plain white.

The Klein Tools full-brim hard hat is well built and the blue color helps it stand out. The hard hard is non-vented and its open, but adjustable suspension allows it to fit heads from 6.5 to 8. It comes with four adhesive reflective stickers to allow the user to place the stickers where necessary for assisting in nighttime visibility at worksites. The Klein Tools hard hat is very comfortable and the full-brim provides protection from objects striking ones head and also additional sun protection. Overall I am very pleased.

This royal blue colored, full brim, heavy duty plastic, non-vented, Class E, Type I hard hat was ...
This royal blue colored, full brim, heavy duty plastic, non-vented, Class E, Type I hard hat was designed to suit a variety of applications.  The manufacturer reports that it is tested for electrical protection up to 20kV.  It's interior suspension (under the cap) was designed to improve air circulation (see photos); its interior top pad is also removable, and washable.  It's interior also has a universal accessory slot on each side to attach a face shield, hearing protection, etc...  On its exterior, in the front and rear, it has a slot (see photo) that could hold a headlight/worklight, or alternatively an ID of some kind.  Available accessories include:  worklight, headlamp, glasses, etc...  As a practical matter, I think this helmit is comfortable, something that I can imagine myself wearing for protracted periods, if necessary.  What I love most about it, same with bicycle helmets, is its potential to prevent SERIOUS HEAD INJURIES.  A head injury can kill you, lead to traumatic brain injury, paralyze, or lead to a variety of other serious injuries, also expose you to injury to your eyes/vision, injury to your ears/hearing, etc...  Personally, I hate wearing a hat, but I'd rather wear a hard hat or a bicycle helmet, than wear a wheelchair, so I'll take a hard hat.  The price is very reasonable, and I realize that it could save my life.  It is a SMALL PRICE TO PAY if you ask me...  I say, "Let's DO IT"!  A head injury is NO FUN, nor would be loss of vision or hearing...  While there are no guarantees in life, where there are protections that can aid us to prevent same, again, I say, "Let's do it"!.  This looks like a heckuva nice hard hat, again, also one that I could wear for protracted periods.  It is solid, strong, again, comfortable; I even like the color.  I have no regrets.  I think I make a great choice! A matching visor to cover your eyes that hooks onto the hard hat, and I LOVE IT; I have BOTH, and think they make an AWESOME COMBINATION! The visor is huge, which in my view provides a huge amount of eye coverage, which means a lot. Construction projects often have loads of flying dust, including wood particles (ie. saw dust), and/or other flying objects. The visor is also sport looking... make a great combination!

I have worn hard hats most of my adult life daily. These Klein tools full brim are by far my favorite. My last one has lasted 3 years since new, just some regular cleaning helps to keep it fresh. It fits my 7.25 inch head great, can easily get smaller and goes a whole lot wider. The full brim also gives you great sun shade even though this is non vented it has plenty of air flow. The harness is the best around, very comfortable and very adjustable, the top pad is what makes it for me, no strap ruts in my skull. The shell has a couple of mounts for lights or cameras, I use a light in mine daily, use in front to see in the dark and store in the back during the day. It has all the ANSI certifications I need for impacts and electrical contact. Great helmet to wear everyday or just a couple of times a year.

I love this hard hat. It adjusts easily for my head with a big knob in the back and it is comfortable to wear. I like that it is blue instead of white like everyone else's at work. I haven't bought a light that goes with it yet but I think it is awesome that it has built in slots in the front and the back to slide in one of their proprietary lights if you want to among other accessories you can get. This is a Class E, Type 1 hard hat is tested up to 20kV and meets ANSI Z89.1-2014, CSA Z94.1-15; EN397:2012+A1:2012-5.2.4 (Lateral Deformation-LD); EN12492:2012-4.2.1.2, 4.2.1.3, 4.2.1.4 (Front/Back/Side impact).

For the past 13 years I’ve worked in rigorous industries requiring the use of hardhats. I’ve been through different styles and brands of varying quality. This line of klein hardhats with the removable, washable sweatband and pad for the top of the head is by far the absolute most comfortable liners I’ve had the pleasure of donning on my dome. The liner is easily adjustable and in 1/8 inch increments allowing for a great fit. I really like the accessory mounts for lights being on the front and back. Despite the extra padding and light attached it is still lightweight. This full brim hardhat provides added protection compared to a cap style. If you’ve ever worked in the rain and had water pouring through your rain jacket collar you know a little more diversion is vital. Additionally, keeping the beating sun off as much skin as possible is very important. This full brim hardhat does a great job minimizing the uv rays on the neck. The bright blue color is great for visibility but for additional visibility klein provides four reflective stickers attached to the instructions. Klein definitely did a great job with this line of hardhats by providing a durable, multi functional and comfortable hardhat, all while keeping the wearer safe.

The Klein Tools Blue Non-Vented Full Brim hard hat is definitely the most comfortable hard hat I've worn, I even forgot about it while I was absorbed in my task and got bonked by someone passing a toolbox over me. Overall, it's a great piece of PPE. Adjusting to fit your noggin is as easy as turning the dial clockwise. It has nice audible clicks so you know it's been adjusted and will stay put. I'd like a little more resistance when losening, just to prevent it from accidentally losening up if you're moving around a lot or in a bumpy/constant motion environment. Lastly, it does have decent airflow around the headband even though it does not have a vent.

Protective and comfortable! Weighing the hard hat shows a weight of 1lb and 1.5oz. Though this particular style is non vented there was plenty of space around the opening of the hat for decent airflow. Comfort is fantastic, constantly forgot I was wearing the hard hat until I hit it on a few rafters. The adjustability knob has good locking points and provides a nice audible click when adjusting. Releasing the tightness of the hat is as easy as turning the knob in the other direction, however the resistance to loosen the hat is not as strong, which may cause the hat to loosen itself overtime in a busy environment. I've noticed the hard hat feels loose if you have medium length/longer hair as the padding seems to not grip well since the hair is creating a layer between the hard hat and your head; I did end up getting a hair cut and noticed the hard hat shifted less as it had better contact with my head
