Cool glow idea added to a nice product
This nice side cutting pliers is very sturdy and functional. They work very well! I love that they were made in America. They have a rubber-like handle, but have a warning on the box and etched directly onto the product that they aren't insulated & will not protect against electrocution, so be careful.

Heavy-duty product for serious jobs
These long-nose pliers from Klein Tools are a product you buy because you intend to use them for the long-haul. Right out of the package, I was impressed with the heft of the product, and was also a bit surprised by the size. They are significantly larger than standard low-cost pliers. To test them out, I used them around the house to take care of a few projects. The cutting feature came in handy to snip some cable TV wire, but it wouldn't get through heavy-gauge electrical wire - that took a dedicated wire cutter.
The glow-in-the-dark feature is really nice, but you have to realize that it must be "charged" in the light - don't expect to pull these out of your closed toolbox and use them in the dark.
I was impressed to learn that my electrician had just bought this very product for his boss as a gift, and only uses Klein Tools on the job. Note however, that as indicated on the product, the pliers are not insulated, and will not protect against electrical shock, despite the rubberized handles.
Overall, this heavy-duty, made-in-America product is one you buy because you know you'll use it often for many years. I wouldn't call it a particularly good value, but it certainly is a high-quality tool.

I had to retire my previous pair of Klein needle nose pliers that I had gotten way back in 07, so...
I had to retire my previous pair of Klein needle nose pliers that I had gotten way back in 07, so I figured let’s see what all the hype was about with the Hi Vis handles. Wow they sure do glow in the dark, the overall quality of the pliers haven’t changed since I got my original pair which I had used for 15 years hopefully these stand the test of time like those did.

Good quality like the rest of my Klein tools. Don’t flex and give like cheap needle nose do. Have used the tip to beat, bang, and bend knock outs out of electrical boxes no issues so far. They do glow in the dark really just got the glow pair to keep separate from coworkers.
