The 8810 Heavy-Duty Full Extension Drawer Slide is designed to accommodate wider and heavier drawers for today's challenging applications in the commercial, residential and educational markets. Recommended drawer slide applications include wood home or office furniture, store fixtures, medical carts, and residential kitchen cabinetry in addition to many other application options. As with all Knape & Vogt drawer slides, the 8810 is designed to meet or exceed ANSI performance standards established by BIFMA, BHMA and KCMA.
- 200 lbs. load rating
- 42 in. maximum drawer width
- Flat load rating: 100 lbs. (based on an 18 in. slide mounted in a 24 in. W drawer cycled 10,000-times)
- Hardware not included (recommend #8 or #10 x 5/8 in. Phillips flathead)
- Butterfly lever release disconnect
- 32 mm and traditional hole pattern
- For face frame mounting, the slide must be blocked out, see face frame diagram and do not use rear bracket

AnswerI used these drawer slides for a cabinet that is being used for the storage of wood working machines There about 6 pieces including two routers, 7" circular saw, saber saw and other tools in one drawer. Another drawers has boxes of fasteners, including nut's bolds, nails etc.. Each drawer has at least 100#'s or more. There have been no issues. The drawers are 22" deep and 36" wide.
Do the brackets that mount inside the kitchen cabinet come along with the pair of rsils? If not, any idea which brackets to order for these rails?

AnswerThe brackets are complete with rollers. As I recall they were two in a package. The do fit inside a cabinet. The ones I used were substantial and can carry over 200#'s.

Bought as replacement for slides whose ball bearing inserts had failed. Looked for a similar design. Definitely a commercial product. Instructions were minimal. No screws provided for mounting ( I was able to re-use those from the previous installation. Solidly built and smooth operation once installed.

slides did not hold up. Two of the 4 I purchased lost many of the ball bearings and I had to nurse them back into place.
I managed to get them operational but I anticipate having to replace. Disappointing!
