Excellent for hiding pocket screws
The Kreg pocket system is great for all kinds of wood joinery. At times, like on the back of a door, its preferable to hide the pocket holes. When sanded, these wood caps work perfectly at hiding the screw.

Was building some new Adirondack chairs with pocket screws and decided to give these a Try. To be honest, I didn't think they would work, that something would be off, or wouldn't match the holes I'd set. They worked perfectly. Slide into place and saved me a ton of filling and sanding. I went back and got another box, just to have on hand for my next project. Very rarely do you find something that works exactly as advertised. I was very pleased and highly recommend them for anyone working with pocket screws.

Exactly what I ordered. Much more cost effective than making myself. Adds a nice finished look to projects. I use my DeWalt Multi-purpose tool to trim off, then a quick & light sanding; good to go, ready for paint.

Good Product
Had to trim 1/16” off the bottom of the plugs. I used my band saw. No big deal. Used my block hand sander and the plugs were flush in no time.

I am using pocket screws to make shaker cabinet doors. First time using these plugs and overall was much easier than filling the pocket holes with wood filler. I still had to sand quite a bit of the plug to get it flush though.

These fill the pocket holes made by a Kreg Jig. Since the holes can be different angles and sizes and these plugs come in one size, it often protrudes from the wood. You will need to sand this down after you glue it in. Afterwards, I use wood filler to cover imperfections. Meant for paint only, not staining.

Works with Kreg pocket holes. Needs to be sanded flush once glued in. Leaves imperfections around the edges as well that could be easily filled with putty or wood filler.
