sorry I cant answer that , this is only social community answers. But if you can download the Home Depot app, once you select your preferred store - you can search the product and it will tell you if and how many are available at that local store. Its comes in handy .
I can't really say. I used them to build a table that sits outside in my back porch. No issues after a couple of years later, but it has never been exposed to rain for instance.

I would recommend using fine thread screws for a hard wood like maple. These are self drilling, but a coarse thread is better for soft wood.
Thank you for your inquiry. If you are joining a 3/4" piece to a 1/2" piece like you are referring to you will want to set your jig and depth collar to the 1/2" setting and then use a 3/4" or 1" screw depending on if your piece is a true 1/2" thick or if it is a little undersized.
