I really like the Kreg system. These screws work exactly as describe. I would give them 5 stars, they are just a bit expensive. I use the screws to build cornhole boards.

Great screws that get the job done. I mostly join 5/8" and 3/4" softwood (pine, spruce) boards, so I go through a lot of these screws. They work great every time for a solid hold. 250 pack is great!

Kreg is Kreg. If you need to make cabinets, boxes, or to attach cleats without fussy joinery can’t beat pocket screws. The Kreg screws hold well, drive well, and are consistently high quality— coarse for soft wood fine thread for hard wood. Not for “fine” woodworking.
